  1. I see you replaced Yahoo Finance with AOL Finance. You give no shortcut link to "My portfolios" the way that Yahoo does.

    Provide direct access to stock market quotes without trying to force your users, who are now paying monthly, to go through your endless ads..

  2. You cold provide the benefits you promise.I was charged for my Lifelock this year, despite being enrolled in AOL Lifelock benifit.

    When I received the notification from Lifelock, I called AOL, and a rep told me to ignore, that I would not be charged. Although the My Benefits shows me still enrolled, when I called AOL when I was charged, I was told I was not enrolled, although on my account, it shows the benefit is still activated. Needless to say, I'm now deciding on a new provider!!

    I am located where cell coverage is marginal, via satellite. I need a land line option. You will not allow me to register a land line.

  7. Customer service protocols need to be stream lined

    Was on the phone with customer support for almost 2 hours. had to explain my situation 6-7x. no help and I had to pay 14.99 for a free month to get access to the level of support needed for my case . That level was useless as well. It was not until I demanded to speak to a manager that my issue was adequately addressed. Customer know when they are given the run around.

    there should be another method of assessing data if not able with conventional. I am paying to subscription it is not free. 100.00 year. Should get better service. Consider leaving.

  11. Improve tech support... difficult to understand and then when I set the phone down to log onto another device (a MacBook) they hung up!

    It shouldn’t be so hard to figure out how to get Private WiFi to work properly on Apple products. It worked for a while and then stopped. It keeps telling me that I’ve added it to another device but I am actually using that device to try and get it to work again. Are you not keeping up with Apple updates? Something else? To add insult to injury, tech support hung up on me!!!!! If it was a mistake, they didn’t call me back or reach out again. They have my email, cell phone number and landline. I am spending…
