Look at News in the key word! I am not happy with four labels and I clicked News better than nothing. I did not like it at all.
So I want to improve AOL and it should be new ideas, features and design AOL and it should be added in the key word.

Add contact! Add address and email address!
I want to add contacts to add address and email address!
What happened to my contacts? I found out that it is all gone in my address book and phone numbers. It would be added to an email book.
So there are two separate books!
Address book include phone number and email address.

get rid of the drop down to select or apply. bring back copy and paste images into email. bring back the old format. this is awful. make email sorting options better

draft emails!
I have a hard time dealing with drafts emails.
I typed email to the friend. It should not go to the draft even when I did not click so it would go to draft and anyone could edit it while I typed my email. I do not understand why it is already in draft and I am puzzled most of the time. I do often have two emails - one already in my draft and to someone. It is not right to do that way. Therefore, I am scared that anyone would edit without my permission and change the way…

bring back the old home welcome page
This new welcome page is obviously designed for teens, I don't need games on my welcome page, and the layout you have now is the absolute worst. I don't need so many pictures, I can read...I realize most kids today can't read, but they need to learn. Besides, the kids rarely use AOL....they prefer facebook and its ilk. At least give us the option to decide which style is best for us.....

Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.

Calendar not working- Oops Calendar couldn't load
When trying to access the AOL Calendar from aol.com I receive the following error: Oops Calendar couldn't load.
When accessing the calendar to see it fully from: Open full calendar button- I can see it properly but on the website it is not working at all.
Tried to follow all the steps on help.aol.com and spoke with the agent from the Tech Department and nothing worked.3957th ranked -
Sync mainframe with customer's AOL information
I changed my payment information in December 2023, I received a paper bill (1/16/24) stating that my old billing information was not working.I checked my account on my computer and the new information displayed. I called customer service and the old billing information was on AOL file. I was told that AOL mainframe did not have the change, Maybe your mainframe/servers need to be restarted. This is ridiculous !! AOL needs to pay attention. Maybe Quality Control?

Cruisers blocked from accessing email in ports-maybe we need pin or Pass key
Cruisers- If your phone carrier does not provide phone service abroad, you cannot get phone access code to check AOL mail. Maybe we should have option to use instead pin or Pass Key. Most of cruisers cannot afford phone service and rely on free WIFI in ports. AOL does not care if we miss important messages and come home to find our loved one already buried. Lack of compassion and civility from AOL is abhorent.

Group lists are gone and missing
Group lists are missing and whenever I tried to create a new one the ADG will crash even after we update the program. we also try to TS the ADG also using the webmail but same issue after we create the group list it will be gone after we refresh the page.

Your company is quite biased. Due to the extreme views that your company presents, I am searching for a new e-mail provider, and once I find it, I will be terminating my account. I have been with your company AOL for over 20 years and I know about changing with the times, but undesirable parts of the times you are attempting to desensitize people is what I am concerned about.
