ADG mailbox
The mailbox is not showing the actual picture in the content/body of an email, however, it's working in the webmail

when i open an email with a video link a pop up window opens stating that i need to download flash player. Flash player is already installed

I have downloaded flash player over 20 times, i have reloaded desktop gold, I have cleared my cashe and I cant get the STUPID message from popping up and blocking access to my email. Please REMOVE the predatory flash player script from desktop gold.

GOLD continually does NOT show me my current e-mails. I am PAYING for this and am frustrated. What the **** is wrong with GOLD?
GOLD should show current e-mails first. Mine continually do not show up. GOLD is a mess.

Marking an email "UNREAD" does not restore BOLD black.
It does remove the 'hard-to-see' red check, but leaving the senders ID and subject in gray makes it blend in with all the emails that had been read.

import is not working
AOL didn't work after a system restore. aoL reinstalled. Tool bar, preferences and mail stored on my PC missing. Before the reinstall, the appdata\local\aoldesktopdata\db file was saved to the desktop.

my inbox isn't working
my emails aren't coming into my inbox. Only my sent box is showing my emails. This is a pain!

I do not like the new version of email started in July 2020. When I click read, the email comes up blank.I close it, click read again and it comes up with the contents. I then have to go to top of email and click "allow xxxx" to be able to open anything in that email. More steps and nothing is improved, please go back to the way it was.

Mark emails as being read within your file structure after you actually open them up and read them!
When I see an email in my Inbox, and move it to an email folder of some kind, then click on and open up the email to read it, and then back out - the email still stays bold, without the red "checkmark" on it, and there is NO indication that it has been read. The system always worked the way I just described, but changed today (7/15/20) and no longer works the way it has for years. Whenever one clicks on a "bolded" new email to read it, it should always change state and become unbolded so that one…

Please fix the copy/paste function - it seldom works and now has a copied bit of text stuck in the copy memory so it's messed up other sw!
In GOLD, the copy/paste function in Write does not work correctly. Usually it doesn't copy at all; now it is holding onto the last thing I managed to copy in AOL several days ago so that I cannot copy anything else from any application. I just keep getting that same bit of text from an AOL screen. I see others have complained about copy/paste, but you've closed the issue. But it is NOT fixed yet!! Please reopen!! Thanks
