AOL PROGRAM FOR ONLY AOL E MAILS TO GO TO MOBILE DEVICES
IF AOL HAD A PROGRAM TO SEND ONLY MY AOL E MAIL TO MY MOBILE DEVICES FOR $5 OR $10,A MONTH, i WOULD GLADLY DO IT. BUT I DO NOT WANT AOL'S ENTIRE PROGRAM ON MY MOBILES. DON'T WANT MY MOBILES CLUTTERED WITH ADS, ETC.

"New" AOL mail pages are garbage. I live in the busy physical REAL WORLD and don't have time. Be smart and bring back "old" email for those of us who still live in the physical world. Just plain stupid.

Why are the images now a "preview"? Now you have to down load them!
Why didn't you leave the embedded images alone? Now they show as a preview (that I can't even see on my cell phone) and I have to download everything to see what it is! GO BACK TO EMBEDDED IMAGES!

Did you reduce your storage space in your update. I can't switch between New and old and sent mail.
Tech support cannot fix this. It appears you reduced your storage and speed. It's a disaster for me using AOL Gold

There has been a recent change such that incoming email that includes a photograph, the system produces a "preview". This is a very BAD innovation

AOL Mail in "Paid-for Desktop GOLD"
Too **** slow in getting emails. Recommend everyone use the backup aol email and cancel Gold until aol fixes this!

quickfind
Quickfind - due to quickfind starting to search before I finish entering the parameter, it ties up the system and makes it difficult to completely enter the criteria. For example, I need to look for the word "insite" in my mail, and it gets stuck at "in", searching through mail for minutes before it finally lets me enter additional letters for the word. Additionally, because it is stuck, I cannot make corrections if I need to change the criteria or correct a misspelling until the search finally completes enough to make the cursor available to continue typing.

Mailbox won't display *new* mail
Why do I even have a "new" mail folder on AOL Desktop Gold, if I can't view only new mail when I open my inbox? If this is a new FEATURE, I don't like it! I'm paying for this service, and expect it to work at least as well as the mobile app!!
note: before you suggest I refresh, open/close/exit and reload AOL, been there, done that! -

"Whenever we download any types of attachment ,the download confirmation window "ALWAYS GETS BEHIND" the previous window, whenever we move the mouse , Instead of remaining in "FRONT" of the previous window.
((( It only happens whenever we download a file from mail attachment not a regular download from a website. )))

-Rename AOL desktop data.
-Reset all windows sizes and position preferences.
-Checked settings of ADG and there's nowhere we can find an option for it.

When I save multiple emails from AOL Desktop Gold into a folder on AOL, I receive a small confirmation message from AOL. However, if I save only a single email, I do not receive that small confirmation. Can you kindly fix this? The confirmation is very helpful because if I accidentally save a message into the wrong folder, the confirmation alerts me to my error. If a mistake is made and I have no confirmation, I'll never find the message again. Thank you for considering this.

Terrible. You need to update buggy software. E-mail is a disaster.

When saving an email to a folder, you used to get a confirmation popup box so you knew it had been filed successfully, to the folder you wanted it to go to. As of today, 7/21/20,you no longer get that popup. Please put it back.
