It seems that often when aol comes up with a "new" plan/idea like two years ago when you rearranged MY favorites, they were forever messed up and I was unable to use them as I had previously. Advertisements fill empty Spam, Sent and Old Mail box's
Seems like every time there is an Windows update something in AOL goes wrong or unusual.
My latest issue is that when the Spam Mail, Sent Mail or Old Mail box's are cleared an Advertisement is inserted to the empty box.If I leave one email in any of these the advertisement is not inserted.
Does anyone see the absurdity of an advertisement being put there?
This is probably just an over site that was not realized by the programmer by making an advertisement fill blank spots.Please make all advertisements in the email system go away. That should fix…

spell check
Please give us back the Skip all option in Spell check in a document with proper names or items not recognized by spell check: You kept Replace all so why not Skip all!
And please all us to start spell check where the curser is: Since we cannot click Skip All we have to repeat every word we want to keep that you do no recognize which in a long email can be time consuming!
Bottom line after reading all the other suggestions, just give us back 9.8! When something isn't broken don't fix it! Gold is a disaster on… -
Saving Images
Title: Two Points.
I wish you wouldn't waste time putting "This folder is empty" signs in an obviously blank folder. Instead you could restore the service of saving images from e-mail that I really used. This nice service has been missing too long. -

I want to close my mail box, I have other screen names that usually I closed the mail box, now are full of spam. Please put back that option

Two issues to take under advisement. The verification process is very laborious, had to identify literally a hundred images to progress through the AOL system all to verify why my password was not being acknowledged. Of greater importance: Please tweak the Desktop Gold software to allow the customer to ADD ADDITIONAL FONTS on the drop down menu . As everyone is very sensitive to branding the feature on the previous iteration allowed us in marketing, graphic design to gear our email correspondence to the visual sensibilities of our clients and reflect our own corporate identity BETTER.and more accurately. As I scroll down to read e-mails, I often stray a bit and accidentally send my mail to the SPAM folder. Bigger margins please. Thanks.
Please increase the margins to the right of the e-mail so that it is more difficult to accidentally select icons in close proximity.

It is not only annoying; it is harmful - medically to anyone with seizures, epilepsy, or Migraines! Fix the language
It is bad enough that social media users are destroying our beautiful language, but for far too long we have had to listen this provider tell us "You've got mail." First of all, "You have mail." is proper, and doesn't need the "got which is so very overused today.

friends sent to spam
There is a problem in the SPAM procedure. Everyone I know who has AOL periodically finds their friends sent to SPAM. We spend days fishing them out and marking them This is Not SPAM, and then they finally go back to normal and another person gets marked SPAM. I have one friend who doesn't get the point that this is systemic, not individual, and she just spent 4 hours on the phone with a tech trying to get my emails to go back into New instead of SPAM.

Eliminate having to save every attachment before printing. This is a pain and a waste of time. Gmail and other accounts don't have this step

Bulk email export glitch. No way to export an AOL email address book group folder to Constant Contact for bulk mailing service. Your tech Zack tried multiple ways--including web mail through Microsoft Edge. No dice. I have pages to enter into an Excel spreadsheet format--one at a time. Ugh.
