Am using windows 10, desktop, edge, & paid AOL desktop gold.
AOL is automatically modifying/updating/changing my AOL daily.
Tell me exactly what these daily modifications are accomplishing?
Today I have Revision 11.0.4060
Below are my following complaints/suggestions regarding block unwanted mail/mail filters.
1. The add/create filter move to folder, displays Trash as a selection folder.
2. Settings – mail, displays move to recently deleted, not trash.
3. My mail folder displays recently deleted folder
4. My filter selections are always for my mail trash folder.

auto-suggestions
I am told by AOL Help that you cannot edit auto-suggestions on Desktop Gold. That should be fixed. I mistyped an address and it keeps trying to send it to that bad address. I want to delete that auto-suggestion.

Read messages in the "New" forlder
LEAVE the New messages that I have read IN my New folder until I switch to a different folder.
In other words, THE WAY IT USED TO BE.

Do NOT move the read messages to the Incoming Saved folder when I change the message sorting in my New folder.

Scroll Bar Needed
When reading an email and go to file it in a folder, need a scroll bar to quickly select a file folder.

Why are all the emails I received from conservative sites being denied access by aol? This is out and out censoringof opinions you do want me or other users to read and it is totally unacceptable!

Subject Spell Check
Please include e-mail subjects in the spell check function. That is the way it works in the AOL Web e-mail. Let's be consistent.

Many articles from several sources come back as Access denied, what is going on. please get it fixed ASAP, YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB I.
FIX ARTICLES SO ACCESS IS NOT DENIED. IT'S HAPPENED TOO MANY TIMES TO BE A GLITCH.

recover lost files tab
Please remove "Recover Lost Files" tab.

Seeing sender's complete address at hover
Bring back the ability to see the sender's full address when you hover over it!! Why in the world would you think about removing this SECURITY feature? If it's not clear who the sender is, we now have only two options - open it and potentially find a problematic email or delete it and find out later that it was something necessary.

Need to remove Deleted Mail from being right below Delete.
Still need to see deleted emails but need to button moved. -
Sent email delivery
Please add the ability to see if an email that I sent to someone was received by that person and opened.

New Update leads to more ***** ups!
Every time AOL does an update it screws something up....last update to REVISION 11.0.3800 now has my Old Email listing all screwed up! Mail from last year in with last week, last month on top, yesterday's mail mixed in all over the place instead of being listed first...Happens ever "Darn" time AOL does an update...If AOL was FREE I'd expect problems but I PAY for these headaches but not much longer at this rate! Also...half the time never told if the email I just sent was actually sent....really is a "PITB" (pain in the butt) but you know what I…

Read my email setting
I noticed that the newest aol desktop gold build includes a read my email setting.
While this is nice to have, a few issues are present.
1) On my laptop, I have the highest possible resolution set for windows 7 and yet the read my email icon is half hidden. There should be a way to either scroll down or reduce the size of the icon.2) While the read my email icon is nice to have, not everyone will use it so have a way to customize the icons on the right hand side of the email window.

email synch with android aol app
Synch email on AOL mobile android app to AOL Gold Desktop. I am very frustrated when I go through all my emails on my AOL mobile Android app, end up deleting a bunch of emails that I don't need or want, but when an hour or 2 later I log in to AOL Gold on my desktop/laptop, all those same emails that I deleted are still showing 'new'. So the mobile and desktop AOL are NOT syncing email.
