  1. Suspicious activity keeps blocking my emails

    AOL keeps blocking my attempt to send emails as 'suspicious.' They forced me to change my password. I did so. They then again blocked my ability to send emails. I have now changed my password several times with no luck in sending emails. It's a shame because I have had my AOL account for ~30 years. Looks like it is time to say goodbye.

  2. Mail I have read is staying in my New mail folder instead of just the IN or Old mail folders as it did until 2 days ago.

    Mail I have read is staying in my "New"mail folder instead of moving to the "IN" or "Old" mail folders upon closing Mail on the AOL Desktop Gold -- this just started happening 8/17/2020. Was there an update that caused this?

  3. font

    There is a problem with the font and it must be repaired. It does not change including incoming emails. The computer is not allowing me to choose the font of my choice. This is NOT an idea, it is a problem with a complaint.

  6. "Mange folders" is not working

    Manage Folders is not working. I have attempted to delete some older ones and tried adding new ones to no avail. Other options such as "move folder" do not work either.

  7. Mail

    I send a mail this afternoon. I know I did because she responded. I want some info from that mail and look at SENT MAIL. It's not there. :(
    I delete a few things. I know I did because they're not there any more. Go to RECENTLY DELETED and they are not there. :(
    I'm losing important info because of AOL GOLD.
    Dump it or fix it.

  8. blocked email

    I have been having work emails forwarded to AOL. Recently they are being blocked with message "users mailbox is quarenteened" meaning AOL rejected it. Would be coming from Microsoft Outlook mail account. Then it is followed by PAGES of gobblegook then the message is at the bottom (the one it said was blocked)

  10. Email problems with AOL gold!

    I open the email tab but no email appears any more. Also when in email we must click each message to delete. Takes long time, unlike old AOL that allowed you to highlight many emails at once and delete. AOL gold not worth paying for, bring back the old. This is like many other software upgrades from many sources. Upgrades are usually worse!

  11. I have been using group email for my classes for years and now it seems you are not allowing me to do that!!

    you are preventing me from using my group emails that I have done for years to send info on my classes, this is a private group of people who want to be in it.
    And often, my addresses seem to disappear!! this sucks

  14. I keep checking but none of my missing emails have come through...

    Is there someone out there playing God with emails? Why is only junk getting through, thankfully not all that much as compared to normal, but where's my PayPal confirmations? Where's the pics from my sons' graduation? Where's my support tickets? Where's the response from several of the agencies I've contacted? Who decides what emails I can receive, because it certainly seems like someone is doing something to stop these things...

  16. Maybe have some basic help for those of us who like AOL and have been customers for over 25 years who can't afford your premium service?j

    On Tuesday, 8/23, I discovered I was hacked. I changed my password, it was accepted by AOL, and I also changed it on my iPhone. Changed the settings as requested by AOL too. Still, even after reporting this as a "bug" THREE TIMES, I haven't gotten ANY new mail since then! Can someone PLEASE let me know how to get my mail?!?!?

  19. in my Mail folder " Saved on my PC" I have a sub folder , which I cannot delete..
