Message Moved
Please remove the necessity to click on the "Message(s) Moved" box when I move an email to a specific folder. Having to use the cursor to delete the box is time consuming / frustrating. Make it so that hitting any key will make the box go away.

blocking emails from "host" server
would be helpful if you could get a program written to block email that are coming with the designated server as "host" - i don't have any of my email contacts coming from "host" = they are simply coming from commercial entities that i do not need in my emails

forward mail
I would like to be able to forward all of my mail to another email address for answering while I am away. But all I can do is use an auto responder. There should be a an email setting of "forward all mail to: [enter an email address]" with an option to choose "until revoked" or for "X" number of days.

Advertisements fill empty Spam, Sent and Old Mail box's
Seems like every time there is an Windows update something in AOL goes wrong or unusual.
My latest issue is that when the Spam Mail, Sent Mail or Old Mail box's are cleared an Advertisement is inserted to the empty box.If I leave one email in any of these the advertisement is not inserted.
Does anyone see the absurdity of an advertisement being put there?
This is probably just an over site that was not realized by the programmer by making an advertisement fill blank spots.Please make all advertisements in the email system go away. That should fix…

I hope that you would develop or add a feature in AOL Desktop Gold that let us hear the email or have an option to make AOL Desktop Gold read emails for us.

Bookmarks
AOL should give users the option to star, highlight or bookmark emails received and read so they can be easily found and re-read. Gmail and Outlook both have this feature!

SPAM
You provide nice ability to direct designated Emails to Spam. Why not provide an option to automatically delete it. I get as many as 60 a day from a known Addresses, but now I have to scan Spam just in case something I want to see is imbedded among the known to be Spam. The highlight bar does not appear after deleting an email worked perfectly yesterday, called aol support helpful but still does not work

Can Music to an AOL email or AOL mail attachment that play when it is open by recipient
To me, I think we need a way to Add Background Songs or music to email to play when the recipient opens his or her AOL email attachment note or letter. If it can be done AOL--Gold help desk live support just said cannot be done. I do not know how or if it can be done. But sure is a great idea. Thank you.

Making the compose box bigger
Make the compose box field on AOL Desktop Gold bigger or expand it so that when I compose an email, it will be the format the way what I want. Make it like what you have on AOL Mail website.

Advertisement for discount on Pizza ....and low and behold there is a picture under the advertisement of a man on the toilet with a horrible look on his face. Why should I have to look at that!? I am sure your Pizza advertisers would be thrilled to see their product with this other ad. How sick is that...disgusting....please be more judicious in pairing ads.

COMPLAINT: MAIL ADDED ICONS ON SUBJECT LINE PLEASE REMOVE
The added icons on the mail subject line is NOT USEFUL AT ALL, PLEASE REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY. There are already icons at bottom of screen for mark unread, delete, report spam. DO NOT WANT THESE ICONS ON THE SUBJECT LINE.

Update on the total count for mail folders
Use version as of January 14: 11.0.3046 this is good enough. The inbox should should and new and the new folder should only show the new messages with indication of count. The old will also have a numeric indication. It is not necessary for the fonts to be bold.
