  2. fix the mail

    fix the mail so I don't have to keep deleting the mail.I just here and deleted mail that I had permanently deleted a month ago. This happens all the time I can delete mail and days later the same mail is back up again.

  3. Mail jumble

    Every so often my New mail gets all jumbled showing stuff from 2014, '15, etc. in no particular order. New mail is buried somewhere. The only way to restore it is to restart the computer.

    Why when I send someone an Email with a picture and I look at my sent mail all I get is a blank screen with a tiny box in the upper left that can't be opened or expanded? It didn't used to do that. Extremely annoying.

  7. imbeded pictures

    pictures inserted don't always come through when I get an email from friends. If i go to another browser and aol.com they come through fine. What'sup after I know my settings are right I checked and double checked. This needs to be fixed soon or I'll have to get rid of AOL after all these years. It's always screwed up when they make these big changes like this. They should cross their t"s and dot their i's before they do these updates.

  8. Can't view pictures my sent pictures.

    I can send Emails with pictures to friends and they get them fine, however when I open them the writing is fine but the pictures are tiny icons that won't open. This is brand new. What happened?

    I am very disappointed in your desk top Gold to say the least. Ever since I started with it years ago, my computer will periodically freeze up and I need to restart it – even with a brand new computer I truly have to restart my computer at least 12 – 15 times per day. I use this for work purposes and find that the storage on AOL gold is most inadequate and probably should be marketed to those only using it for family & friends - I run a business using it.     AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL email as the sending form with.. This I don't want because I use separate account so when the spam gets too great on my retail account name I just don't use (or close that particular) that particular account.   15. bad (or glitch in) update in past 2 days?

    About 1,000 of my "NEW" emails disappeared over the past day or two. It seems as if they, somehow, were moved to my "OLD MAIL" folder, but not by me. btw, it does look like there is a time cutoff going back about 2 years or thereabouts on these moves. I'm mentioning it in case someone else has this issue or in the event you want to share it with whoever does your software updates. I have a hunch someone messed up some code somewhere along the line with a recent update. There is no other explanation I can think…

  19. STOP SCREWING around with email.

    Yesterday I tried to send an email, and al that happened is AOL closed. When it reopened the email was still there. TODAY, I tried to send an email (thinking that you fixed it), it just sat there and made AOL FREEZE.
    WTF people, can't you do anything right??? Fix the email situation permanently and stop screwing around with it.
    I believe that, whoever is screwing up the email system "SHOULD BE FIRED"!

  20. Listen to your customers

    AOL has to start listening to its customers--or leave the business. If they don't, their customers will leave it anyway. Technicians are just running hog wild--introducing new networks, making changes in existing ones without taking into consideration whether their customers want them or if it will harm their customers. Case in point: why upgrade your network and remove security filters (i.e. restricting mail to people I know). Now, all spam enters my inbox--and anything reported as spam cannot be retrieved if inadvertently deleted. This is just crazy. I've never, ever seen a company like this one. Never!
