Emails received shown for all accounts
Please restore the ability to see how many emails you may have in another email address without having to switch to it. Before Gold, next to other address names , the number of email was in parenthesis. i.e

Signature
Please, Stop the extra linefeed when inserting a signature. If I want it dropped a line I'll put it in the Signature.

Email problem
In your old version you could change the setting to keep a just sent email on the screen so you could make changes to it snd maybe send it on to someone else. Not it just closes and you have to type it again. I had asked your tech. department about this right after gold came out and was told they were working on the way to add that feature back in. That has been quite a while and still no fix.

email system
go back to the old email system. Now email comes up in a small window and you have to double click to read an email. Then the email comes up in an even smaller window and there is noway to enlarge them and stay enlarged for all the emails. This system stinks. Go back to the old system.

deleting mail contacts
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

Send a issue you deem it is finished, must be corrected or right. Everything is easy on the internet, NOT I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, LIKE WORKING WITH A KID

AOL FOLDERS disorganized
My AOL file folders used to be in groups that I arranged them in...based on the number of dashes I preceded each title with. Now the entire file folders are arranged alphabetically...which I did not want and did not ask for. I want my folders back the way they were.

Spell checker Issue
When I type in a wrong words spell checker was doing it correctly but it's duplicating the word instead of replacing it and also sometimes i'ts not giving me the right suggestion to choose in. There's no chance as well to change the word on "Questionable" section

Since I pay for AOL, is my email still private or will someone now be scanning or reading them? One advantage of AOL mail always has been that it was guaranteed secure.

Sort Contacts in Address Book Alphabetically
Our AOL contacts should be sorted alphabetically, or give us the ability to sort our contacts alphabetically.

Worthless "View" section in mail
The "Views" feature is not helpful and automatically filters items that I do not wish to have in multiple places. The most critical issue is the "subscription" area which automatically saves the companies that contact me. The "unsubscribe" feature does not work, therefore I would have to contact each company individually which is very time consuming. I do not like the "View" feature for any function.

Expand the number of spam addresses individual users can block
As of now I have blocked 1000 different spam addresses which is the maximum number of addresses an AOL user can block. If AOL isn't going to stop this stuff from coming in then you need to give us unlimited ability to block it ourselves. While we are on the topic, how is it that the AOL email algorithm can't identify an email addresses like "375536982@digi.y4y.44zaiwang.com" and "Casinco@rompuy.assemblozov.jp.net" as spam and block it upfront?
Many spammers use an email address only one time to send many spam messages. Adding every email address that you receive spam from is not the best method of reducing the amount of spam you receive.
We suggest using the "Report as Spam" option when you encounter spam email message. This will send that message and all of the related information about the message (sender information etc.) to our Anti-Spam department where it will be analyzed by several pieces of information including the number of users who reported it as spam which will help us handle similar spam messages appropriately before they even reach your email box.

once I decide to put an email into a folder
I need to take it there quickly,
Presently I have to scroll all the way to the s's to find the folder.
I need a faster way to find the folder to save it in that folder I need.
Scrolling takes me 45 seconds to get there.
please put another way for me to get to that folder that wanted to save the email in. -

I Couldn't write a message into Chinese characters
I could write a subject with Chinese character using a Pen pad but I couldn't write directly on the body message. I had this settings before but now it's not available no more.
