Add send only address option to Desktop Gold
AOL WebMail has an option to set "send from" with addresses other than @aol.com.
Since we are paying for Desktop Gold, we should be getting all the features of the free service.
Please add this to Desktop Gold! -

Please remove the OLD from the NEW MAIL box...I have lost two emails recently because of this...and it is very DIFFICULT!!!

I'd like to have a way to personalize the experience of writing an email!
I have talked to the Premium customer support and it seems that I'm left with the option to submit a feedback
I would like to have the option to customize the sound specifically for when i receive an email from a contact!
I know that the option to personalize the background of writing an email was possible a while ago on the webmail, I would appreciate that to be back and to also have it on Aol Desktop Gold! -
moving report spam or delete button
Can you move the "Report Spam" or "Delete" button on the bottom of the "mail window"? Often times when going through my inbox and trying to delete groups of mail, I inevitably hit the "report spam" rather than the "delete" which is what I intend to click, because they are next to each other. Then I have to go through the spam folder and click on the emails and click on "this isn't spam" so that when new emails come in, I will actually receive them. Allow open email tabs to be shifted side to side to order/prioritize as desired
Allow tabs of multiple open emails to be able to be shifted side to side (as Google and Chrome window tabs do) to allow one to order the emails (priority, timeline etc). One could previously do this when each open email remained in its own box by simply shifting around or overlapping in order of importance. Preferable would be to revert to that old system, rather than this "all in one box with tabs" where one can't even see the subject on the tabs.

Revert to allowing individual emails open at same time onscreen rather than as tabs in one box
The previous protocol allowed one to have multiple emails open on screen simultaneously and to order them (overlapping) as needed, and in a way that allowed subject-line/date/etc to be visible and findable.
The new protocol of all open emails existing simply as tabs in a single box is counterproductive. You can't change the order or see the subject, so useless for easy toggling. -
Link Buttons Disabled When Forwarding an Email to Yourself
I've reported this issue many times and still no fix or response. When forwarding an email to yourself, for example an Amazon shipping confirmation email that has the yellow "Track Package" button in the body of the email, AOL mail is stripping the links' functionality.

window in "Write" email no longer is functioning as it should
The "write" window's text (at my normal size: Tahoma 12pt is no longer readable. the text is tiny and so is the preassigned text in the write window itself and nothing the AOL remote technician has been able to help. She wanted me to change the size/resolution of my computer screen, but I do not want to -- because it is at it's recommended settings

SPAM folder improvement!
Indicate how many emails are in the SPAM folder. Would prevent the user from having to constantly check the SPAM folder for content!

lmprovements needed in steps to clear out old messages
1) I have too many saved messages in my Old and Sent Folders.
2) The first improvement is to give AOL customers the option to sort by To/From and within that grouping by DATE
3) The second improvement is to allow AOL customers to go back to where they were in the list of messages under review-NOT THE TOP of the List.What will it take for AOL to make these improvements?

Why is it all of a sudden taking so long for an email to delete?
Why is "delete" taking twice as long as it used to? I click to delete an email and there is a wait time now.

Please Bring Back Ad-Free Paid Option for Desktop Gold
Back when AOL still offered Advantage Plans, there was a little-known bolt-on called "Ad-Free Desktop Gold". It was unrelated to the Ad-Free Mail that works to remove ads from webmail. Since the new plans rolled out, there is no way for a Desktop Gold member to pay for having no ads in their Desktop Gold client. I've tried each Premium plan to test this, and I've spoken with Support - they have confirmed what I'm saying is true. If AOL could please bring back the Ad-Free option for Desktop Gold, I'd buy it tomorrow! Thanks :)

Desktop Gold Mail
Why do you have to keep fixing things that aren't broke. Can no longer use previous or next when reading mail. Have to close out the individual mail and then click on the next one. When you close an individual mail it goes automatically into old mail. Please fix this problem.

"move to" for sent emails
when trying to use "move to" for sent emails, the only option is "on my pc". the "on aol" option is gone.
the "on aol" option for any other email is there, sent emails is the only place it is missing now.

FUZZZY AND GRAINY photos WHEN I UPLOAD SCREENSHOTS WHY IS THAT TAKE OFF THAT COMPRESSION THING IN YOUR SOFTWARE!!!!!
I wonder why why is it when I send a photo upload a photo taking a screenshot it turns out so grainy and fuzzy it's very frustrating and very inconvenient as to why it keeps happening
I'm thinking that you guys are using some compression in the software that's compressing my photos that's making them turn out blurry and grainy please don't do that will you take that off of my account to where my photos are not compressed I get tired of telling people that it's not me it's freaking AOL that's doing that

Add signature info to Iphone emails automatically. Your excellent tech officer Felix attempted to do this. We both learned that this is currently impossible which I find shocking and unbelievable. This should have been possible 20 years ago. Please Fix immediatedly

Create an email app for phones
I know there is one but it is not dedicated to email and does not even have the "you've got mail" alert tone if not going to fix the existing one at least create a better more simple one that is strictly email for gold members.
