FCS you guys! I can't even get to my bank acct most of the time thru AOL since you turned it "Gold" more like tarnished than gold/: More and more I have to open up google chrome to open things up

in-bedded programs in GOLD
The USPS will send you an email of mail you are to receive that day if you sign up for that service. In the email is scanned pictures of each letter. Those scanned pictured are not displayed when using AOL Gold. They are displayed in Chrome etc. Can this be fixed???

Not closing out of Screen name, cannot move to another SN
I called 5 tech people on Monday, got 5 different answers. I even reinstalled the browser (which has never been the answer in 25 years of using AOL, even tho that is always suggested.
I can move from one SN to another ONLY once, but the next time I do that, it says goodbye, but the number at the Read Icon stays there and it does not allow me to close out of the SN. I have to close the browser thru Task Manager. This is very annoying as I go back and forth many times a day.Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.For immediate assistance with this issue, please call us at 1-888-265-3733.

feedback is useless. There are many comments about how bad AOL Gold is working and nothing is ever done to fix it!
Bring back 9.8.2 and use that as a basis for a new version of AOL. Gold does not work for me. continuously unable to sign on!

Snipping Tool in Win10
The Snipping tool stopped working in all AOL sub windows on text and graphics after revision 11.14212 back around the first of this year.Rev 11.14616 is the current version and it won't let Snipping tool do OLE cut and paste snipping any longer.

When I click on a google drive link in an email, the browser can not open it, and it says the browser is out of date, even though my app is up to date. Also, I think it would be great if you could add extension capabilities to the browser so I could have the last pass extension already in the browser when I use it. Thanks!

05 JAN 2023 - All day when I try to open an email, or link, I receive the prompt: it can't at this time, try back in 5 minutes. It should say "hours." I pay extra monthly; for what?

My ADG is not opening if my Mcafee firewall is turned on.

Picture and font
Usually when I open up the AOL page, the font is partly hidden, or the picture is cut off, or it too wide to fit this 21 inch screen, and it becomes a constant hassle to always having to readjust the screen size or font size. It would be nice if that was all taken care of as being programmed into the AOL browser, just saying.
