  2. Have to use another Browser to get the info for American Express Aol Desktop Gold does not let me see my transactions or payment info

    Aol needs to fix their AOL Desktop Gold so that I do not have to use another Browser to get the info I am looking for.Especially since I stll pay for this service

    The advice about expanding your browser does not work. You can't move the sides in or out. Why don't you just quit re-inventing the wheel? Now I can't even read things from my cousins. STUPID

  4. Stories from Boredom Therapy cause the background to disappear

    Boredom Therapy stories cause the Background Displays to disappear. I see other complaints about this and nothing has been done - why not? It has happened twice so far today and I've only been on for about an hour. either fix it or get rid of the Damned Boredom Therapy, it's a total waste of time any way.

    Folks - I have complained to you about Desktop Gold since the day I "upgraded" to it. Multiple times. And every single time I've pointed out very specific issues, problems, with Desktop Gold. So have THOUSANDS of others. Yet you do absolutely nothing. How many times do people have to tell you that 9.8.2 was FAR superior to Desktop Gold before you get it? And you often answer, on this page, that the newest Desktop Gold update has the problem fixed...

  12. Your ISP taking too long to open up or not opening at all is becoming a safety issue.

    Your ISP last night would not open, which had been a previous problem that I thought had gone away. So I went up to dinner and came back down and it still hadn't open. This morning I had to send my doctor a message and AOL would still not open. This is becoming a safety issue that I believe your CEO is ignoring with Windows 10.

    AOL has become like our electric company, it is no longer an option when you need it to get to the link to contact your doctor's online service.
