  5. allow Land line is Voip to be on Desk Top Gold

    I have had the same land line phone number for many years and has been VoIP for most of that time. Your software change has now indicated that I can only register wireless phone numbers. This will be a real problem for many of your customers, including me. This needs to be fixed ! ! !

  6. I am very disappointed.

    My son goes on AOL Gold by switching screen names under my main account. Today he was online then signed off to go to the store. When he came back and signed on again, there was a popup that said he had to pay for AOL Gold. When I went on AOL help, his screen name was no longer there, but a strange name that we did not create was (this name is not on my drop down in "switch screen name"). Live chat could not help.     As a police officer I don't understand why you
    would then give the Department of Motor Vehicles
    access to my account without my permision &
    behind my back. Very hypocritical.

    Ten times a day, I get a pop-up saying my AOL account is out of date. I've gone to my account numerous times and everything is fine. Is this from AOL or some sort of trojan horse?

  11. Subscription

    I subscribe to AOL Gold and receive email on my Ipad and my Blackberry (thank God). When I try to sign on on my desktop or laptop, it says I dont have a subscription. Had AOL for free since 1996, now I pay and have issues.

  12. when contacting you, I am asked to provide a mobile Phone #, since I do not have one this is not possible! Is their an alternative???
