Customer Service Survey
AOL should put out a customer survey to gauge how they are doing.
I think they already know how DISSATISFIED we are but it never hurts to be in touch with the people that use and pay for their product. -
passwords
This is serious. Settings, or primarily PASSWORDS, should be
under Password and or 2 factor authentication. This is really bad leaving passwords open with No Security. I am just realizing this, WOW. Who ever heard of leaving PASSWORDS OPEN with no security. Please put additional security in regarding PASSWORDS. -

Have a simple way to report email fraud
Have a simple way to report email fraud from an address which proports to be from AOL. I spent 20 minutes talking to a customer service rep who kept trying to sell me "stuff" instead of taking the fraud info from the email.

SCREEN NAME ORDER
on my new laptop I entered our 4 screen names, NOT in order, there should be a way to change the appearance order as mostly used 1st & 2nd instead of at the bottom, it's annoying.

Reporting AOL Software Problems
I had reported a technical problem about printing from the AOL software that was diagnosed by your technical team as being a bug in the AOL software. Today, when i followed up on the problem with technical support, I was told I also had to report it as a "bug"! Why would I (the customer) have to report something "twice" that had previously been been determined to be an AOL software problem???? That should be handled internally within your support group!

Threatening behavior in chat rooms
So if I don't report threatening behavior while the person is the chat room, AOL refuses to do anything about it.
AOL must not care about its members' safety.

If we are already paying $14.95 per month for using AOL, we should NOT be charged additional amount to add another sub user name to our account. I think it is totally wrong to have to open a NEW account.

CUSTOMER CARE
When asked for a reply especially from a paying customer; do not simply ignore! this is common rude, care not attitude employed by AOL. Read all the comments in the comment section also. Never a response. AOL Gold is a step backward and every inquiry on what isn't working correctly is answered by "We Are Working On It," without results in many instances ever being accomplished.

I get a little tired of being asked to secure my account with my phone
numbers. You already have them. QUIT -
Features need to work!
FIX SPELL CHECK! Asked until blue in face and nothing done and I am ignored, without response despite several requests! Click on "ADD TO DICTIONARY" and it does not, etc. You eliminated the "Ignore It," option also. This has gone for months without a fix, or rely. Further, for months heard once that you were working on why free McAfee cant be downloaded. How many more months needed to fix this??? Still my computer unprotected and you ignore all requests for update on what is happening! Gold goes down regularly and your firm ignores paying customers. WHY? Mail slow, adds…
