Tenants of Biden's campaign
Who is writing these things? The article today (8/17) about Biden states "tenants" of Biden's campaign! It should be "tenets." A tenant is a person who rents a living space from another person. Apparently proofreading is a lost art on AOL and, in fact, just about on any publication. Talk about the dumbing down of America!

No "Paste" in Context Menu
Windows 10 computer. Ver 2004. Copy and paste issue. You can copy from outside AOL. However there is NO "paste" word in the context menu when you try to paste into 'what is on your mind' in a Facebook post. Ctrl V works. But, no...'paste' word!! Let me know. Thanks.

Don't read background stuff!
News for AOL - I do not read the background stuff that's published before I get to the article that matched the headline. I just plain scroll through it, not even looking at it except to make sure it has nothing to do with the article's headline. It's a waste of time for the people on AOL to publish it and a waste of my time to have t go through it. Enough already!

I'm appalled at the graphical user interface of this client. The old school clients are bettter. The GUI looks like a 3rd grade VB3 project
Redesign the GUI. It's terrible. The old AOL clients were much better. This looks like a 3rd grade Visual Basic 3 project. I'm a programmer and I could design and code this in a couple hours. Terrible. But I'll continue to pay for this POS and hopefully you get a better progammer to design the GUI. Also, have the chat worked on and make it better. This is what the old AOL client lived on. Remove some restrictions in the chat you've already coded. This isn't 1943 and Hitler isn't invading us, Get real. Make this a client more similar…

Print Preview
Get rid of print preview or at least make a way to turn it off. It just adds extra steps to a process that is already too slow.

AOL Tech Fortress
I down loaded AOL Tech Fortress to protect my Windows 7 desktop. It stopped "Windows Explorer" from oprating and sumarily cost me $300.00 to get it fixed. You had better take this program off the market before it does more damage. I called support and they could not help me so I went to a local professional.

Can I change my display to dark with white type?
I have a 32 inch monitor because it's easier to read type. But being only 24 inches from the screen it's really bright! Recently, while on Facebook, they popped up a dark screen where everything around the pictures was reversed(!) - dark and all the fonts were in white instead of black! What a difference! So, so easy on the eyes! I kept int for my display and absolutely loved it!
Does AOL have this option? As a 30 year AOLer, I remember the old days when you could change your display. I used to use a tan and burgundy,… -

The signature page
The signature page with the AOL Gold Desktop has an issue with my picture being TOO large. I have three other signature pages with pictures and they work fine. Can you fix this

Fraudulent advertisers
On February 23, 2020, I ordered and used my ATM card to purchase a top from NINACLOAK.Com who continues to show the same attractive tops as being in stock. My top has never been sent. In searching for their web site there are multiple links to reveal this is a scam advertiser. My bank is doing an investigation. I used their posted phone number and was placed on hold for over an hour with no response. These people are stealing the order payments from all who order their advertised tops. Please refuse their advertising.

It would be great if we could submit comments on Daily Stuff, like the recent one about what baby-boomer foods millennials will not eat.
Allow us to reply and comment on articles in Daily Stuff. I would have loved to make a comment on the one about creamed corn. The article said it's corn with cream but there is absolutely no cream or any dairy product in a can of creamed corn. It's called "creamed" because it looks like there's cream in it but it's just a can of corn in which much of the corn is overcooked and mashed so that it looks a bit ******.

Put the option to opt out of interest based advertising back
AOL changed the opt out of interest based advertising. It used to be easy , now it's so complicated and doesn't actually let you have the option anymore. You used to be able to get it down to only a few, but now, with that option removed. You are subject to an average of 135 different companies tracking and targeting you.AOL doesn't care bout the customer, they are only about advertising, if we pay for AOL service, they only profit more. AOL, no longer stands for "America On Line" It's "Advertising On LIne"
