sign on screen make the username box bigger along with the arrow, you have plenty of room why don't you make it convenient for people to use
Regarding sign on screen. Why don't you make the username box bigger making it easier to to log in . Above all the small arrow icon to change users. it's so small and light colored you need a magnifying glass to see it. I can't believe something that is used often is so small .Doesn't anybody that designed this ever tried to use it. You have to be a marksman to hit it with your mouse, every time I sign on it torques me that this was designed so stupid.

Chat Help service 'closed'
More than 2 months ago, I reported this and it's still not fixed:
Go to Help/Chat -- and sign in with name/ID/etc. and wait . . . . and wait . . . . and then msg comes back: "Your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available." THIS SHOULD BE UP FRONT, NOT AFTER YOU'VE INPUT INFO AND WAITED!!!

Would
Many times I would love to be able to post a comment on a Boredom Therapy article but there is no facility for that. I think that we should be able to post comments on all of the articles.

chat room issues
why did you put a "notify aol" button in chat rooms if no one is going to respond to them or do anything? So many evil nasty people saying hurtful things to others and when we try and send to you guys, it eithrr just never gets handled or it just loads and loads and loads and never sends. What's the point and when will the issue finally get taken care of in some form or another?

USE LESS GARBAGE FROM AOL
YOU PUT IN YOUR ANSWER BOX "GATHERING FEEDBACK" , in other words you are not going to do nothing about a problem that people face on your site except to blank it out so that you don't have to see it again!

Terms Of Service seems to be selective in AOL Chatrooms
AOL reestablished the use of REPORT in their chatrooms...and this sometimes results in a chatroom member losing their screen name for repeated violations...HOWEVER, not all TOS violators wind up losing their screen names and are bullying and harrassing other chatroom members in this one particular chatroom -- ROMANCE 60s PLUS LOVE -- several of the regular members brag that they are "protected" and will nevah lose their screen names while some trying to be honest and forthright lose screen names right and left....ARE THERE PROTECTED MEMBERS IN THE CHATROOMS AND IF SO WHY IS THAT SO? DID NOT THINK AOL…

AOL GROSSLY UNRESPONSIVE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS
AOL needs to listen to its customer base and at least provide as much as we had before the OATH takeover. I mean, how can they get away with that? AOL GOLD is becoming colossally embarrassing, sort of like Trump.
