Your IPAD 2 commercial, shown today on your site. is major league misleading. Your 'come on' on the ad page makes no mention of refurbished. You cheated. Some of us would not take 'refurbished' as a gift. Addtionaly, the price drop is not much for a used tablet. Shame on apple, and aol for letting it by. Lying.

News for you AOL - those back stories are mostly wasted. We don't read them, we just want to get what the headline noted.
Why do you keep bothering with the back stories? I don't know anybody who reads them - we just scroll through them to get to the point of the headline.

Mapquest
MapQuest is much more difficult to use than it used to be. Users get flooded with ads and it is just more difficult to search for a location or get directions. Google Maps is so much easier. That's what I use now. Why don't you put that on the desktop instead of MapQuest?

Aol Desktop Gold
What a disappointment... if you want to print something you cannot preview and print from the same screen. You now get to "preview" then exit and go to the print screen. What a drag. Just another joyful AOL pile of ****.

Enable chat rooms to allow for URL's
Most chat rooms allow for links to be input. NOT AOL! Please upgrade AOL chat to allow for links like most modern day social media chat rooms do.

When a bug is reported, fix it as soon as possible. Then keep folks in the loops, so that they know you are working on it.

Desk Top Icon
Do not want Icon on DESK TOP SCREEN since I have it on the TASK BAR. But I am constantly having to put same in the TRASH BIN, because AOL puts it on the DESK TOP every time there is an UPDATE. I can see the need once AOL is installed, but after that is annoying.

GRAY BAR APPEARS OVER CHAT BOX
WHEN I GO TO A CHAT ROOM IN THE CHAT COMMUNITY, THE CHAT BOX WHERE YOU TYPE IS COVERED WITH A GRAY BAR. THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN UNLESS YOU MAXIMIZE THE CHAT WINDOW. THE MINUTE YOU MAXIMIZE, THE GRAY BAR APPEARS COVERING THE CHAT BOX WHERE YOU TYPE. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS?

Trivia Today questions and answers - answers aren't always accurate.
Today's question on Trivia Today asked how many stomachs a cow has. A cow has only one stomach (which was my correct answer) but it is divided into four compartments. It does not have four stomachs which was the answer that was deemed correct. More care should be taken in this regard to make sure that the answer that is deemed correct is, in fact, correct. In this case it was not.

Return the option to close mail box
Return the option to close the mail box, I want close the mail box for another screen names is out of hand to control JUNK MAIL, I try any thing and is like I getting more and more. I unsubscribe were I never subscribe, I block junk mail, and they find the way to send more, they just change the electronic address.
This is my 4th time that I'm asking help for this matter on feedback and also by phone with technical support
Please do something, make more indulgent our stay in AOL

I have had problem downloading "Free McAfee" (computer cannot) and spelling dictionary saves nothing when "Save To Dictionary" clicked. They have been "Working On It" for months now and ignore commenting when I email or write asking when; etc! Have to call and they cannot help or supply any answer of truth or value.
