Show me what the headline says instead of having to go through a bunch of background stuff first. For example, today I wanted to see about Jennifer Garner's foot, as the headline indicated. Instead there was a bunch of biographical info that I wasn't at all interested in.

Stop forcing us to go through a whole history before we get to what the link is supposed to get us to!
I clicked on the link today that was supposed to take me to a site that showed the resemblance between Kennedy and one of his grandsons. Instead of going directly to that, I was forced to go through a whole history of Kennedy, his presidency, etc. It's frustrating and, in fact, makes me very, very, VERY angry. I'm actually on the verge of quitting AOL because of this extremely common bull ******!

GOLD has been in use long enough for everyone to know it's not working - toss it - replace it with the old version of AOL - it was more user friendly - you maybe think we'll keep GOLD so long as people don't leave AOL - don't be to sure - probably more FREE users than paying ones. TOSS GOLD-

So if I go back to FREE AOL Desktop Gold, what do I loose? Nothing. You're stripping this down anyway, 'support' is non existent.
Why pay the five buck subscription fee for 'support'. What are you supporting? Certainly not our wishes nor the good stuff you once had that drew us to AOL in the first place.

TOS Violation 20 Minute AOL Rule
Ref: 08221038 Aol Tech Support. Per Tech Rep, one can now only report a tos violation via "Notify Aol" button once in 20 minutes. This is wrong-prevents reporting more than one tos violation in a 20 minute period and watching a digital clock count down from 20-zero minutes.

I want you to know that I just cancelled my AOL plan after being a member since the early 1990's, back when AOL was pretty much the only game in town. I have endured ridicule and smirks for over a decade, but still I remained loyal. But Desktop Gold is a piece of junk, no new versions have come out since it was forced upon us all, and it is so slow that I have a hard time imagining how AOL keeps any paying customers whatsoever. This is all on you, AOL. I will keep my account and access it…
