ADBlock Plus
My browser is FIREFOX. I recently moved from AOL 9.??? to AOL Gold. In the former I successfully used ADBlock Plus and was pleased with the results. I find that AOL Gold is much like AOL 9.?? BEFORE I installed ADBlock Plus. TOO MANY ADS in Gold. I contacted your support desk and was told that AOL Gold currently does NOT support ADBlock Plus. They suggested I submit this thru feedback.Roy

Over charging for programs
Your programs you are charging $3.99 a month for are a very bad deal for subscribers and not a benefit. You are way over charging. I can go to the companies web site and get it for a fixed price for $25 to $30 and not make continuous payments. Your techs are instructed to sell it and I tell them what I stated here and that it is not their fault, One program, Super Anti Spyware is not so super and is rated very low. Go back to providing a safe browser that does not intrude upon my privacy. Verizon now wants me to pay for a service that looks at everything, including my emails, all to sell info to others. I don't want a Big Brother, I don't want everything looked at, and I sure won't pay extra for it. And the final insult? Making it impossible to quit AOL. I believe that Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators / bosses . Strangers should not be allowed to block paying Aol customers posts . Aol should have the final say as related to blocking posts in a chatroom .... Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators because human beings that are given that kind of power will cheat . When AOL was free rarely had an issue, then you start charging $5.99 a month and nothing but problems. Usually when you pay for a service it's better, but not in this case, Fix it or make it free again!!!

Let us know what is going on!!
As subscribers and paying for GOLD, I believe we should be notified as to what is being done on your end to correct these problems, inform us of a time line, and keeping us in the loop. There doesn't seem to be a notification problem when you want us to buy a new product so it should be just as easy for you to tell us about the product we already are paying for.
