Go back to providing a safe browser that does not intrude upon my privacy. Verizon now wants me to pay for a service that looks at everything, including my emails, all to sell info to others. I don't want a Big Brother, I don't want everything looked at, and I sure won't pay extra for it. And the final insult? Making it impossible to quit AOL. Eliminate chatroom bosses
I believe that Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators / bosses . Strangers should not be allowed to block paying Aol customers posts . Aol should have the final say as related to blocking posts in a chatroom .... Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators because human beings that are given that kind of power will cheat . Chatroom bosses are cheating your Aol customers everyday if they disagree with your customer politically , they will block your aol paying customers posts

Desktop Gold is a joke
When AOL was free rarely had an issue, then you start charging $5.99 a month and nothing but problems. Usually when you pay for a service it's better, but not in this case, Fix it or make it free again!!!

Let us know what is going on!!
As subscribers and paying for GOLD, I believe we should be notified as to what is being done on your end to correct these problems, inform us of a time line, and keeping us in the loop. There doesn't seem to be a notification problem when you want us to buy a new product so it should be just as easy for you to tell us about the product we already are paying for.

MOST PEOPLE I TALK TO LAUGH ABOUT AOL AND CONSIDER IT JUNK AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROGRAM OUT THERE. YET, AOL CHARGES FOR SPAMMING US WITH ADS, POPUPS, CYBER AND BANDWIDTH CLUTTER. AOL IS WIDELY CONSIDERED A JOKE AND A PROGRAM FOR SENIORS. AOL ROUTINELY CRASHES AND LOCKS UP YOUR COMPUTER. IT REALLY IS DREADFUL.

Change the "look" from childish and whimsical to neat and professional. The former style met my expectations, The "Gold" version is not eye-friendly at all.
