Who does AOL make such a big deal over *********** couples? AOL is obviously a racist hateful bag of garbage. Replace or Improve Desktop Gold
I just got off the phone with Tech Support, and they had to uninstall and then reinstall your HORRIBLE Desktop Gold platform once again since it would freeze up and stop working after I was using it after a few hours every single time. What a waste of my time, and it costs AOL lots of money having their tech support team deal with the endless problems with the platform that its users encounter.
Desktop Gold is hated by everyone, and is the worst platform that AOL has over had, yet you refuse to improve it, or better yet, replace… -

Los Angeles weather
The weather in San Fernando Valley, CA is very different from Los Angeles weather. In the old AOL version, I was able to get my Reseda, CA weather. Now, the only weather I can get is Los Angeles, so i never know what the Reseda weather will be like. Other major cities in the Valley are Van Nuys, Northridge, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth. Latino chat 50 y pico, has a lot of issues, on of them is that often change the font, and the text color, turn in black and Arial font when we are chatting. Reporting scam
Reporting scam.
There is a fraudulent company impersonating AOL. When I tried to download AOL, its web page appeared on my screen, not the real AOL screen. Its phone number is 1-610-410-5081, located in Landsdale PA.
This company must be investigated and prosecuted if needed. -

Show me what the headline says instead of having to go through a bunch of background stuff first. For example, today I wanted to see about Jennifer Garner's foot, as the headline indicated. Instead there was a bunch of biographical info that I wasn't at all interested in.

Stop forcing us to go through a whole history before we get to what the link is supposed to get us to!
I clicked on the link today that was supposed to take me to a site that showed the resemblance between Kennedy and one of his grandsons. Instead of going directly to that, I was forced to go through a whole history of Kennedy, his presidency, etc. It's frustrating and, in fact, makes me very, very, VERY angry. I'm actually on the verge of quitting AOL because of this extremely common bull ******!
