AOL 800# Tech support is all foreign based so AOL Corporate officers can maximize their pay. AOL Tech Support usually creates more damage and make problems worse. AOL continues to utilize an idiotic, problematic browser arrangement that needs continuous reworking and updating. Their main default, workaround and fallback is to Reload the AOL Gold program via BOMGAR session, which most always causes loss of your AOL program-open settings and loss of all your personal TOOL-BAR settings and Icons which you have placed there, but, of course, always retrains the AOL commercial Icons, which actually can, and should be deleted. New format is horrible!
This new format is horrible, with everything on the left of the screen and not full screen. Why do people always have to fix what isn't broke and in the process break it?

AOL Does Not Offer Solutions to Bug or Feedback Reports.
From March 14th and going forward, I have submitted:
- Two Bug reports.
- Two Feedback reports. (One response requested more information, which I supplied.)
- Contacted AOL via phone twice. (They were of no help.)
When can I expect to receive a solution to the reports mentioned in the above contacts?
I use AOL Gold and Windows 10.

I would like to use AOL chats on my devices, but as of now, you allow neither Linux computers, nor Android tablets to do so. You don't presently allow it, but that's really up to you, isn't it? Would you please accommodate it?

Why can subscribers by the paid benefits for at least 30% less from the software companies direct then what AOL charges?
Go online and you can buy Super Anti Spyware, Professional Edition for $19.95 which is 50% less then your fee of $3.99 a month. You can save at least 30% on all the other so called paid benefits. You call these benefits? How can you keep a straight face?

Proof reading for correct grammar
I understand that ending the sentence with a preposition is not correct.
The sentence should read:
........, you can choose with whom to connect.Once you've imported your contacts, you can choose whom to connect to.

This Aol version is full of censorship. i just tried to make a public room and it said it was inappropiate. nothing about dads chatting is wrong this site has gottan riduclous .. i plan on canceling im not paying for this ****.

Background color changing
Allow for "night mode" on AOL Desktop Gold, had eye surgery and its hard to see the black font against white background. I wish there was a way to change the colors so I can view and see better.

Open Calendar on start up.
I'm still looking to have my google Calendar open when I start AOL like Ver 9 could. You seem to have most of the programming in place under Settings-General-Main Open the following. Why can't you expand that to add a selection I add.

Release AOL Desktop Beta to other countries such as in the UK. I am currently a Beta tester from the UK and I would like to see AOL make a come back instead of if being killed off. Also bring back AIM! Why was this killed off?

Can not change the font size
Can not change the font size on the Aol Desktop Gold. Can not also change the size of the toolbar.
- Go to settings
- Go to Personalization section
- Go to Font and text tab
- Change the font size for all windows.
