  1. Problems have NOT been fixed!

    Please do not mark this as Duplicate! Same old problems. There is often times a delay in sending out an email. And then I find the email has gone out TWICE! We run a small business. This is not a good business practice. We have been using Gold since September, and the problem persists. I have talked to your tech people, and they have been no help. When will we have a reliable system again?

    AOL please fix the sign in problem. I have reported it as a bug several time. How about fixing it or stop charging for the bad service

  8. Mailboxes not working for a long time

    Clicking in "NEXT" to see the next email does nothing.
    Clicking on DELETE and email while it is open does nothing. You have to close each email to delete it... and then open and close each mail to delete that mail.

    Do not tell me to call a tech. My neighbor has the same issue. And I already clear my browser many times a day.FIX THIS AND EVERYTHING ELSE ALREADY!

  10. I changed my email name to a nickname for commenting on the news, but.....

    My email name is still coming up when I add a comment. I will not comment on anything until this is fixed. I don't want the world to see my email name. This is dangerous and it is an invasion of privacy. AOL Gold advertised the program to be more secure...IT IS NOT MORE SECURE because of this and other reasons. With all that is wrong and missing AOL is no longer fun and is a total waste of money.

    AOL should give users the option to star, highlight or bookmark emails received and read so they can be easily found and re-read. Gmail and Outlook both have this feature!

    In AOL 9.8, there was an icon in the tab which would rotate while the web site loaded, then become an icon when the page was loaded.
    In AOL Gold, when the page appears blank, there's no way to know if information is coming or the page is really blank.

  20. Stop charging for membership until your desktop and any services you claim to provide.

    You are not addressing (with any substance) any feedback, complaints or issues that are addressed in this part of the AOL DESKTOP gold. I have contacted your representatives who have remote logged on and I have expressed the issues that I have. One of the representatives also went to the feedback section and entered the issues that she obviously could not fix. Since you have changed to your New and Improved AOL Desktop Gold, you have had us reload it, update it and then reload it again. Through all of this, the Desktop continues to show a blank page for…
