Create AOL Desktop Gold
AOL Gold has obviously been optimized for use on a phone, because on a PC, it doesn't work WORTH A ****. So, feedback: Actually create a version of AOL that is optimized for people who use keyboards on desktop computers, or allow us to go back to version 9.8.1

I don't know what the heck is going on there. I try to get a story on Queen Elizabeth and I get something about giraffes. Several times in the past I've tried to look at a story, but a different one showed up. I'm beginning to think that you folks could louse up a two car funeral.

AOL GOLD DESKTOP IS ACTING CRAZY ON MY NEW WINDOWS 10 COMPUTER
4/22 TODAY I HAVE BEEN CLICKING ON THE ITEMS LISTED UNDER AOL HEADLINES AND NONE WILL OPEN. YESTERDAY AOL REP. TOLD ME AOL IS UPGRADING AOL GOLD AND IT SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN A WEEK. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE WITH AOL SOON. AND SOMETIMES AOLSCREENS WILL JUST LOCK-UP
I HAVE A NEW LENOVO WINDOWS 10 COMPUTER AND NEW MODEM. -
Improve AOL Gold to be more like 9.8.2
Why do we need to double click on every space when writing an email?? This is the most frustrating thing in my entire day!!
Also why must we click on "inbox" before "new" mail?? 9.8.2 did not have these problems!!! -
The edit, copy, paste frequently does not work, control C & V works more often but it doesn't always work either

Allow me to set window sizes and positions so they are the way I want them to be when I log on to AOL Desktop Gold

Why merge comments on excessive spam instead of fixing the problem? It just makes you look stupid.

When you show a picture of someone with the heading see what they look like now bring us right to that celebrity!
It's more than frustrating - it's maddening - when you show a photo of a person and ask us to click to see what they look like now and we have to go through myriad other celebrities to get to the one we wanted to see in the first place. We just give up and don't bother. Bring up the one we clicked on FIRST and then if we're interested in the others we can continue to click. All your method does is get us royally pi**ed off!

Too many video clips
I was going to read the article on BrainCharm until a video clip came on right at the beginning, and there were more following that I saw doing a quick scroll. I don't know who the bone heads are that think having a peepot full of those things is worthwhile. I just close the **** thing and do something else.STUPID!!!

We used to get friendly notes from the Chairman. Are officers in hiding because of Gold fiasco?
It's time for the top brass to respond to its longtime users WHEN the cluster mess that is AOL Gold is going to be fixed and/or replaced. Can't they see that they have a public relations nightmare on their hands?

New OATH agreement unfair to users
The agreement AOL users are forced to sign with OATH voids class action suits and any other rights users might have for fair and reasonable service. I am actually paying for this service that's sole purpose seems to be generating ad revenue - hence 71 pages of repeating stories just for more advertising space. Unless you still want to buy a pair of solar eclipse glasses. There's far more suspicious spam than ever before and I'm wondering if it's because of this OATH.

Every day while reading a news story an unrelated small size video is playing
Every day while reading a news story an unrelated small size video is playing at the top right unrelated to the article I am reading. This is every time I go to the news.

Today, 5/13/18, votes are not being counted. I clicked on several and number of votes does no increase.
No doubt this is being done on purpose. Yes---- I CLEARED MY BROWSER.

AOL needs to post this request for feedback on the front page... I didn't even know we had a place to tell you what a ****** bit of software you have created with this Aol Desktop GOLD ... let everyone using this version of GOLD have a say! Then please fix this!
