Do not publish the name of an e-mail sender, along with his or her e-mail ID. You are making it easier for Identity Theft and is totally unnecessary.

Please call. THere are so many problems that I can't describe them all. Should have been worked out in engineering. Jim Kimsey would roll over in his grave if this product had been produced when he founded AOL. This is NOT easy to use for email and reading things. If you're trying to make this into a substitute for an I phone, it has lost its utility and you'll be driving people to Apple. AOL was for MAIL primarily, NOT TV, and so on. Also when saving email as unread it would be very helpful if the subject line would be made bold like AOL use to do.

Please make Control+S work to save an email.
And make it possible for me to save an email that I compose. With the current system, if I want to save an email that I compose, I have to send it to myself, open it, then save it. I have to do three steps instead of one.
Also, is anybody working at AOL? I've written about this before and not gotten a reply. And look at all the other complaints on this page. Does anybody there care? -
Save password for Financial Portfolio and not being asked to sign in again.
Credentials ( username & password ) was being asked every time I access my financial portfolio.

'Finance' on the tool bar
the old and better AOL I could simply scroll over the Finance tab on the toolbar and have it automatically drop down showing the DOW etc. Now I have to click on it to open an entire page of info - some of which doesn't work... when I input a stock symbol such as XOM, Exxon, the page goes blank and remains so for 5 minutes. What's up with that?

Standard email routing to new folder only
There is a flaw in programming because when I am in my folders on my pc and a new mail comes in it shows up in the folder I am looking at not in new email folder as it should be and always has been.

AOL feedback needs appeal method
I submitted feedback 2 weeks ago requesting that AOL restore an essential feature to Gold, and over 160 others "agreed" with my post. Two days ago I received AOL's notice they had NO intention of restoring the feature that I and so many others desperately want back. I am now reading brand new feedback posted from AOL Gold users asking to have the very same feature I pleaded for restored to Gold. Not happy with the new GOLD. I do not like the graphics - they look primitive.
I also miss the drop down on the WECOME tab on the home page where a number of categories would drop down for quick easy access - like finances (so I could see how my stocks were doing), movies, health, etc. I would WELCOME it if it was restored.
