    Before gold when I transferred emails to my folders I cold go to the letter of the alphabet in my folder & not have to gold thru the entire alphabet to get passed the letter "B"

    On your Help page, it states to call 1-800-827-6364 and use Option 4 to get techical support. Tech support is actually Option 5.

  8. Emails sent to our domain site email address used to be immediately forwarded to our aol email address.

    These emails are not being forwarded in a timely manner...if at all. I just spoke to someone in tech support at AOL and he admitted this has been a problem. Please get it fixed! (I talked to a tech at the domain site and was informed that this was a common problem with AOL users.)

  11. Since I have loaded "AOL Gold" I am experiencing certain finance links not opening for me. These are under Finance tab and Favorites tab.

    Since I have loaded "AOL Gold" I am experiencing certain finance links not opening for me. These are under Finance tab and Favorites tab. Specific links "My Portofolios and MSSB, respectively, are used to tack finance date. Other links all work under these tabs, like they should. What value is AOL cost when I have to go to Microsoft Edge, etc to get what I need.

  12. Scroll bars all over the place on your interface.

    Your Save Window Size and Position does not work. Furthermore, whether I have the window maximized or not I constantly have scroll bars when nothing more is open aside from Favorites. And when this happens Favorites is nowhere near the edges to cause it. I can get rid of the scroll bars by either pulling Favorites in to make it smaller, or by stretching it out to make it larger. But then in 5 minutes the scroll bars come back. However the second I open the mailbox or anything else (even tho it is not near the edges) the scroll…

  15. Favorite box technical problem unsolvable

    Weeks ago, i posted the problem that the facebook box kept blocking out the left hand margin with "hearts" and names of favorite items. I was told in an aol note under my posted problem to call AOL's technical number which I did and they had NO idea how to solve the problem. So AOL should give members a way to solve problems with technical staff, or allow the problem to be posted as others are posted.     No wonder aol's gone out of business... and that's why you and I are having such great difficulity. Even spell check and full screen doesn't work anymore Chrome works the best and is the ONLY browser that allows me to see my Netflix and Hulu subscriptions. My best advice, instead of complaining to a brick wall, is to "Funk the Dumb stuff", (delicately put) and move on. Customer Service is at an ALL TIME LOW !     Why did I have to use a Gmail eddress while filing for a state approved marijuana card for medical reasons here in Florida? Why am I told it is AOL POLICY not to allow me to use my 27 year old eddress because of their governing board's stance on marijuana?

  19. Will you ever update this software to be compatible with the newer flash player?

    Every time I install the newer flash player, every time windows update installs it for me opening Aol uninstalls it and rolls it back to whatever version. It must only be compatible with a certain version, so it's forcing the damned thing on me, anything flash related causes (so ever single webpage, because they all have flash ads) my mouse to freeze, it's pretty annoying can't move the mouse for a few minutes for it to finally clear up then only do it again a few seconds later.     Go back to easy way to attach photos to emails & print other things without new multi-step process. I'm paying for my subscription & it should't be harder to do in Gold. I've had to contact tech support several times to figure out how to do.
