Correct My Favorite Places New Folder Instructions adn make New Active all time.
AOL GOLD has put 'Favorite Places' at 'Top' of the My Favorite Places folder.
This has made the information to 'Create a new folder in 'Favorite Places' incorrect. Info shows BOTTOM of MFP. New tab function does not light (work) until the Favorite Places open folder is clicked at top of list, then a two option box is opened for selection. Click new folder, name folder and it will show up in folder section of list.I have found that after the New button is activated an existing folder can be right clicked and a New folder can be added…

Idea, when opening an e-mmail can you set it to enlarge. E-mails open in a small box and each one needs to be enlarged to read.

You should vet your feature providers before you allow them to post
2/24/2018 clicked on Lifestyle feature from Eternally Sunny about Budwiser 9/11 commercial and was almost instantly bit with "your PC has been frozen"--you know that scam. You should vet Eternally Sunny berfore you permit it to post. I immediately shut down and signed back on again.

Now your Quick Find in Favorites is messed up!
I typed in Fedex. What came up was the 3 Fedex URL's I had in favorites along with a recipe tuna casserole! Every day something else goes bad. Tuna casserole recipe is NOT Fedex!

The arrow that moves new email list to top or bottom does not lock in place at desired location.
Allow the arrow to preferred location of new email (that being either top/bottom of email list) to lock the arrow to stay in that location until change is desired. I find that every time you sign on to read email it reverts back to new email at top of the email list.

Browser does not bring up pages-I cleared by browser history. Still no good.
You told me to clear my browsing history which I did several times to no avail. I even signed off and then back on. I am still getting this on most URL's I try to access. I do not have this problem on other browsers. I do not have the time to call AOL and wait an hour only to get no help:

AOL Gold members need a report on what's being fixed after all of these suggestions at this point.
After all this time collecting feedback, AOL Gold admins should issue a report listing what features have been fixed to date and on what is definitely going to be fixed. It is this lack of communication that caused Gold to be release a program without the essential features of the previous program. If such a report has already been issued, I never received it in my email. At least tell us where to find it!

SPAM FOLDER
Often times things go directly to my SPAM folder which is fine. I usually just delete them and then they used to go to "my recently deleted" folder. I had a way to second guess myself in the old AOL. Now they just disappear from my Spam folder. I would like a second chance to delete them as in the old days. Please bring back that feature at least as an option.

Add commas to addresses
If I create a new group and paste a list of addresses in to it, I have to add commas manually to each address. This used to be done automatically.
