AOL feedback needs appeal method
I submitted feedback 2 weeks ago requesting that AOL restore an essential feature to Gold, and over 160 others "agreed" with my post. Two days ago I received AOL's notice they had NO intention of restoring the feature that I and so many others desperately want back. I am now reading brand new feedback posted from AOL Gold users asking to have the very same feature I pleaded for restored to Gold. Not happy with the new GOLD. I do not like the graphics - they look primitive.
I also miss the drop down on the WECOME tab on the home page where a number of categories would drop down for quick easy access - like finances (so I could see how my stocks were doing), movies, health, etc. I would WELCOME it if it was restored.

Email System not working when Attempting to forward an Phishing Attempt
Your email system does not allow a forwarding of a Phishing Attempt. I am attempting to forward a phishing attempt to PayPal which PayPal wants to investigate each one and your system will not allow it. It returns an error and will not allow me to forward it.

Allow us to embed at least 7 photos
When I embed photos, I can only embed 3 photos before I get a message that says I can not send more than 25 mg and it rejects my emails.

Hard to believe these AIOL techs can be such colossal idiots and still keep their jobs. I would highly recommend that everyone summarily DUMP AOL before it becomes even more a virus on your equipment.

Managing the folder list
Why do I have to keep hiding the folder list every time I log into my mail? In the old 9.8.2 once it was hidden it stayed hidden! So annoying!!!!!!!

Return the E-Mail option that you had on 9.8.2
One click e-mail was very useful and I miss it on AOL Gold.

You're supposed to IMPROVE AOL when you charge customers to use it!
When I'm filling in the subject line when writing an email, it only allows me to type in two letters then it automatically moves down to the body of the email and continues typing the subject line there! The old AOL wasn't nearly as bad as this GOLD version.

the password screen
since the only thing to do in this screen is to enter our password, WHY do we have to move the cursor into the password field and click it in order to type our password? Why not automatically have the cursor in that field so all we have to do is type the password... the old and better aol version did this.

Get rid if it ASAP
At least 99.9% of the time I can't access the new Gold from my desktop! I open it only to see a white log on screen and background. I can access it thru all the other browers! What does that tell you!!! This SUCKS!! MAYBE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WOULD DO THE TRICK!! I can't tell you how many people go.. ARE YOU KIDDING YOU'RE STILL WITH AOL! They all know it's horrible. I would leave but I have thousands and thousands of email addresses. If I did switch how would I contact all of them to let them know…

AOL refuses to recognize on all other browsers!
I went to Chrome, since you refuse to sync adobe flashplayer with your platform, but I still wanted to use AOL for News stories and to get my mail; but YOU REFUSED TO RECOGNIZE ME WHEN I TRIED TO SIGN IN! THAT IS NOT OKAY, AND IF YOU DON'T FIX IT, I WILL FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! You have no right to block me and my mail from a browser other than yours!

It would be great if Gold didn't put HUGE spaces between the graphics in our email. Do you know how ****** that looks?
Why can't our emails look normal after they're sent? They have HUGE spaces between the graphics. I've been dealing with this for 4 months. I believe I've been more than patient.
