Amateur Software
I'm trying to get to "Manage My Account" and your crumby software is running me around in circles. I can only get to a blank "Username Services" page.
Forget about the fact that I've had to enter all of my e-mail signatures twice now ... and that all of the other complaints about the software posted here seem accurate.

Make "Window" drop down menu show the open AOL screens.
In AOL 9.8 the "Window" drop down menu listed each screen that was open so you could switch to a screen that might be behind other screens. The Tile or Cascade selections are a hindrance since they resize all the screens, and then you have to manually change the size back to what you want. Please make "Gold" work like the old 9.8 to list the screens in the Window drop down menu. This would keep the screen size and position where you wanted it.

Before, I could click on search bar and it would turn blue
and I could press delete and put in my new search item. NOW, with GOLD, this no longer happens, forcing me to delete the contents of the search line. More inefficiency, more steps. This goes on and on if you read the feedback on here. Why?If I click on it now, if SOMETIMES turns blue and then it disappears. Useless.

clearing history wont work
the tab in EDIT-SELECT FOOTPRINTS TO CLEAR-DOWNLOAD HISTORY-- does not highlight so now i cant clear the sites i have visited.
Example: craigslist cities highlight each time i go to one, that's how i know what one i was in, and the same for each topic, antiques, collectibles etc and then each item i view,,
now i cant clear the highlighted name as i could in 9.8.. so keeping track of all the places is impossable,,, i have to go to internet explorer to do it each time,,
Bring back this feature, in the edit, button.

YOU NEED A NEW SERVER and plus.......
You server has me doing re-start every time I go into AOL GOLD never had this before. My cable man (COX) tried the problem and was able to go into other sites no problem only yours was the problem. Fix this situation its on your end also a black box appears and goes off whats with this!! I hate what you did bring back the old AOL this is a disaster. My AOL GOLD ICON keeps on disappearing from my desk top its now six times I called AOL for myself and husband not good maybe its telling me something…

cant delete down load history
When i hit edit in 9.8 and earlier, i could select several box's including download history, now that box wont work, I want those visited sites gone when i am done,, and in craigslist, each city and topic highlights when visited so i know is saw it once, now that i cant clear the visited sites, these stay highlighted, making the daily visit terrible as i look at a hundred sites and items and cant keep track

I miss having doppler rader available to see weather future projections. You had it once.

picture selection checkmarks are gone
i wanted to select several pictures to imbed in a email, the 9.8 let me open the drive, scroll down and check the ones i wanted up to 12 pics,then wham, into the mail they went, took only moments,, now i have to scroll down select one, imbed it and start all over, took 5 minutes to send the set, why did you change something that worked so well,, change this back and fire the idiots that need to reinvent this whole thing

Fix E-mail so that attached documents do not appear/print as a continuation of the e-mail text.
Previous AOL provided for an e-mail text with an attached document to be opened/read/printed separately. Now, the attachment appears as a continuation (in large font) of the e-mail text. This is an undesirable feature and needs to be corrected.
