  1. Save me time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm using AOL desktop Gold
    once I decide to put an email into a folder
    I need to take it there quickly,
    Presently I have to scroll all the way to the s's to find the folder.
    I need a faster way to find the folder to save it in that folder I need.
    Scrolling takes me 45 seconds to get there.
    please put another way for me to get to that folder that wanted to save the email in.

  2. Remove Twitter Link from Help Menu

    I noticed that in all current builds of ADG, on the main 'Help' menu, there is a link to AOL Desktop on Twitter. The link leads to a profile that doesn't exist. I would recommend one of the following fixes: Either remove the link from the Help menu -or- Rename the link to reflect Twitter's rebrand as "X" and have the link go to a profile that exists. Dead links look bad, so just wanted to let the team know I found this. Thanks in advance.

  5. PLEASE stop pop-up emaoil messages on top of the wrol I am doing. I have been with AOL for many years and this alone will cause me to leave

  6. Why is mail going directly to Recently Deleted instead of the Spam folder? I will decide what is spam and what isn't.

    This changed in the past couple of days. I would check my Spam folder and decide from there if it is spam. Now I have to check the Recently Deleted folder to see what went there. How do I go back to the previous way?

  7. Update the System Requirements on the beta page.

    I remember when 11.0 first started, Windows Vista was supported and was there on the System Reqs. Then, it disappeared the moment Vista went out of support in April 2017. Yet, I still see Win 7 and 8.x on there and never saw Win 11. Please update. 7/8.x has been out of support since Jan of last year (2023). :) that’s all.

  18. search window upgrade

    I am suggesting to your Technicians to return the search window as it was before you upgraded AOL SEARCH. It was much easier to do a google search when looking for a particular subject. THE SEARCH BUTTON IN THE ADDRESS BAR IS TOO SMALL.
