  3. I have to say that so far Gold SUCKS

    Get back to the service we used to have at AOL. I'm constantly losing emails, emails not loading and having to sign off and on again to make things work. What's going on???

  4. I can NOT send emails.......I lost hours of work because of your AOL GOLD VERSION. I will be dropping you if I don't get 9.8.2 back.

    I lost hours of work in an email I can not send out. You are abusive to do this to us and you are not compliant for people with disabilities. Bring back 9.8.2 version.

  5. News articles problems - broken links or contain viruses.

    Frequently when I try to open an article from the main page or a sub-page either the link is broken or a virus or worm infects my system. You need to do a better job making sure posts are clean.

  7. it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get signed on. It takes 20-30 attempts with mouse. HELP

    Help to get signed on. It takes 5-010 minutes. It takes 20-30 clicks with mouse. Please help. GOLD stinks.

  8. Make AOL Desktop Gold function normally!!!

    Many times when I am deleting an email, 1 or 2 emails below the one I'm deleting (that I didn't want deleted) will automatically delete without me touching them. When I click on unknown or unwanted new emails to delete them, they automatically open to read without me clicking on "read." Everything on AOL seems trigger happy & jumpy. Screens are opening up or expanding without my prompting. Is is so frustrating & takes up huge amounts of my time to move things back to where I want them.

  10. Where's AOL software?

    Where is AOL software so I can clear cache and rebuild AOL adapter?

    Also, Gold is very slow. I've cleared cookies, temporary files, etc. It still runs slow. How about fixing that. Gold was supposed to be the answer to all of AOL's previous issues. It's just more of the same old issues.

  12. print function

    How about "ctrl P" OR "print" from the drop down menu (right click) OR the "Print" option from the "file" drop down menu. Please give us regular users the multiple options we can use.

    PS - "ctrl P" from the screen is currently NOT working - nor is the "Refresh mail" from the right click menu.

  14. I was told that my e-meal info ,pictures back to pictures etc would be returned when you worked the kinks out. I so hope they not been los

    I had several of your remote techs trying to correct may problems for me( they worked 2 hrs) they told me it would be worked out as they worked out kinks... It hasnt . I sure hope they can put my picture back and fix my adress book at least.

  20. Can't send as many photos

    Used to be able to send 6 or more. Now it does good to send 2 and then usually only as attachments instead of copy & paste like I used to - to incorporate descriptions with the photos. It will stall and say letter can't be sent, try again in 5 min. If you try to send it like 3 x it will eventually tell you its too large a file.
