  2. Where's AOL software?

    Where is AOL software so I can clear cache and rebuild AOL adapter?

    Also, Gold is very slow. I've cleared cookies, temporary files, etc. It still runs slow. How about fixing that. Gold was supposed to be the answer to all of AOL's previous issues. It's just more of the same old issues.

  4. print function

    How about "ctrl P" OR "print" from the drop down menu (right click) OR the "Print" option from the "file" drop down menu. Please give us regular users the multiple options we can use.

    PS - "ctrl P" from the screen is currently NOT working - nor is the "Refresh mail" from the right click menu.

  6. I was told that my e-meal info ,pictures back to pictures etc would be returned when you worked the kinks out. I so hope they not been los

    I had several of your remote techs trying to correct may problems for me( they worked 2 hrs) they told me it would be worked out as they worked out kinks... It hasnt . I sure hope they can put my picture back and fix my adress book at least.

  12. Can't send as many photos

    Used to be able to send 6 or more. Now it does good to send 2 and then usually only as attachments instead of copy & paste like I used to - to incorporate descriptions with the photos. It will stall and say letter can't be sent, try again in 5 min. If you try to send it like 3 x it will eventually tell you its too large a file.

    EVER SINCE AOL "GOLD" I haven't been able to receive ANY email! ****!!! I checked "blocking" and all mail is "allowed".... funny also that I can't delete some of the old email addresses that I previously blocked.... tried several ways! AOL GOLD IS PATHETIC

  14. Why did AOL Gold change my settings on my laptop?

    When I download AOL Gold it changed my file type associations for .htm and .html to AOL Gold. I never authorized this. What other covert changes did you also do to my computer? I absolutely do not trust AOL at all. If AOL was trustworthy, they would have a delivered a quality product first time.

  16. AOL Gold software has major problems that any email with attached file makes problems in Saved my PC folder.

    1. No solution for New PC - Couldn't copy the Saved my PC folder.
    2. Previous software, AOL 9.8.2 has no problems at all, but AOL GOLD software have so many problems. Is there anyway we could use previous AOL 9.8.2 software ...

  17. I keep getting a "command box" with "NOT SANDBOXED"

    I keep getting a black "command box" and on it says "NOT SANDBOXED". What is this? Makes me feel like my PC is being hacked or something. Terrible system, this Gold. You were not ready for this conversion. Stop this black box situation. I no longer feel safe using AOL Gold.

  20. If we have to pay for AOL now, after 20 years, the calendar should work and I should be able to depend on the reminders I set up!!!!!!

    My idea is to make the calendar work and DEPENDABLE!!!!!!! If it is not going to work, take it away!!!
