  1. Everything Needs to be Fixed!

    My idea is to go back to 9.8! I would say that one out of two emails I send, actually send twice...the person receiving gets two identical emails instead of one. And I'm on the receiving end of many duplicate emails. It's time consuming and tiresome!

  2. keeps getting worse

    Not only won't it open it's own pages, it won't open pages that I have saved in My Favorites. How can anyone launch something of this poor quality, and then ask people to pay for it??? And don't even try to open AOL Weather. I've closed this down only to find it still running a half a gig of memory with nothing running.......WTH??? I'm getting tired of having to shut everything down, REBOOT the whole computer and starting over....off to see if AOL Shield will work on anything.....

  3. The cursor is still defaulting to the body of the email and not the To line.

    When will this be fixed? Your earlier response was to clear the footprints. That did nothing to fix this problem.

  7. Photos and text from Word documents don't paste into email message.

    Unlike AOL 9.8.2, photos/ graphics/ text from Word Documents don't paste into email message box.

    Very frustrating in trying to communicate in a professional way.

    AOL 9.8.2 allowed pasting of many photos and graphics, as well as large amounts of text---almost like a newsletter publishing software.

    AOL Gold is just not sufficiently professional to give a good impression.

  9. When I am replying to an email that has an image attached, I am unable to get the reply to "send" unless I delete the image.

    This wasn't a problem in earlier aol versions.
    I do appreciate some of the improvements you've been making to Gold, so please keep it up!

  10. Can you make AOL Gold any worse. When switching from one screen name to another it brings the old mail from the other screen name.

    AOL Gold is transferring mail from one screen name to another. Can you make it any worse? Bring back AOL 9.5

  11. Fix the many glitches on the new software. New one this morning was having deleted emails go to spam folder rather than to deleted folder,

    Hey its time you fixed these problems. Its not like you forced conversion to the new desktop yesterday without sufficiently testing it.

  16. YES DO IT YOU HAVE FAILED ON aol dirt *** !!! Ive had aol for years and years FIRE EVERYBODY and return to an earlier version THAT WORKS

    **** aol dirt. Thot I ost andraft email somehow it came back. I am deleting emails in new mail box works for awhile, then the highlite color CRAPS OUT and Have tos top and rehilight. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUr software **** TEAM FIRE EVERY BODY!!! Didin't anybody who knew how aol worked in earlyier versions have ahand in thsi monument laF*********

  17. Improvement????

    About a week ago, my primary user name was replaced with a secondary one. Now the sign on screen on screen only shows the secondary name and to use the primary name, I have to type it and the password every time I log on. I submitted a bug report but as usual, nobody replies to them. There is NOTHING gold about this...

    Try refreshing the mailbox. Click on the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu.

    So more steps to accomplish simple tasks. As a bonus "loading" forever.
