The updated revision of AOL has some terrible changes
When responding to an email the FONT is NOT CLEAR like before ...
It is NOT the FONT that I choose to reply....
The Tech stated that it was changed by the UPDATE ....
This is NOT satisfactory and needs to be reversed to a clearer FONT.In addition .... when deleting an email the response is another windows asking if I want to delete the the email ..... THIS IS REDUNDANT .....
The tech stated this was changed with the updated version ....
PLEASE REVERSE THE CHANGES .....DO NOT LIKE THE CHANGES BECAUSE IT TAKE EXTRA CLICKS AND WASTING…

SPAM folder improvement!
Indicate how many emails are in the SPAM folder. Would prevent the user from having to constantly check the SPAM folder for content!

lmprovements needed in steps to clear out old messages
1) I have too many saved messages in my Old and Sent Folders.
2) The first improvement is to give AOL customers the option to sort by To/From and within that grouping by DATE
3) The second improvement is to allow AOL customers to go back to where they were in the list of messages under review-NOT THE TOP of the List.What will it take for AOL to make these improvements?

Select and position emoji. Highlight it. Press ctrl key, shift key and + key.
Everything may enlarge with emoji, but just highlight text (sans emoji) and reduce it using the Aa button under the "subject" line. -

I do not like the added feature of (Views) in the new AOL. It is a real nuisance to me! Please consider deleting it from my account. -
Why Does an E-Mail Open When All I Want to Do Is Highlight It?
I had no trouble highlighting an e-mail title in my mailbox before the last month or two. Suddenly, now, as soon as I single-click on one, doing so not only opens the e-mail, it also opens to a full page. This is exceedingly annoying to say the least. What's going on, AOL?

Can not change the font size
Can not change the font size on the Aol Desktop Gold. Can not also change the size of the toolbar.
- Go to settings
- Go to Personalization section
- Go to Font and text tab
- Change the font size for all windows.

I must be able to edit my birthdate since you system has the wrong birthdate.
My birthdate is wrong in your system. There has to be a way to edit my birthdate otherwise you are telling the state, hospital, FBI, Social Security, US Navy, US Army and VA are all a bunch of liars which you would be including my parents and the newspaper that reported my birthdate. Do not tell me you can not change it as I have been to computer programming school and I was taught that all information is not "set in concrete".

AOL's Algorithm is Still Highly Inadequate
I again had a comment that AOL said has to be reviewed. How many times are you flagging because of a word but is a comment that intended to not be negative except in calling a spade a spade. Words need to be examined based on content in which they are used. If your using AI, you can enhance your algorithm almost without limits. If AI can be used in helping to predict complex areas of inquiries, your algorithm can do better! ! !

Double Line Spacing
When I compose an email and send it, sometimes the lines get double spaced on the "sent" email. This has only started happening in the May/June 2023 time frame. Please correct this issue. I have contacted AOL Tech Support, and they have not been able to help me. Please Help!
This is often caused when copying and pasting from applications like MS Word etc.. These applications often contain invisible code that when copied results in double spacing and other odd behaviors.

Why is it all of a sudden taking so long for an email to delete?
Why is "delete" taking twice as long as it used to? I click to delete an email and there is a wait time now.
