The font is terrible to read. It varies from light to dark, thick to thin letters.
Can you please improve the printing. I looks like it is from an old typewriter that needs cleaning.

Bold font color is good - dark and easily read -- on regular type font the color - so faint it is hard to read
The font on articles other than titles which are a good dark color is extremely light and difficult to read. needs to be fixed- adjusted or something to darken the color of regular type in an article.

Reporting scam
Reporting scam.
There is a fraudulent company impersonating AOL. When I tried to download AOL, its web page appeared on my screen, not the real AOL screen. Its phone number is 1-610-410-5081, located in Landsdale PA.
This company must be investigated and prosecuted if needed. -
First let me express my dissatisfaction with AOL GOLD. I was a subscriber to AOL for many years with complete satisfaction.
My address book was always first name first. Recently, AOL Gold lost 75 percent of my Address book which in unrecoverable. In addition my remaining address book changed from first name first to last name first. The technician I spoke with today told me that it cannot be changed back. If you changed it once why can't you change it back?

Why is it when I get an update from aol that a suggestion has been closed there is no input on if it was resolved or our input is ignored.
When I get an email from aol that says an idea I have supported is CLOSED, why aren't we informed what the resolution is? All we know is that you looked at our feeble ideas, or meager attempts to suggest improvement for this pos are done, our input means nothing. How about informing us what you decided, even if its to say, hey dummy we ignored your concerns, AGAIN.

CHARACTERS
For years I found the special characters "(" and ")" useful to me in the "name" section of the Address book. For example, I used "Aberbach(obs)". A few months ago the developed removed these characters, which is a nuisance to me. Please restore their use. Thank you.

How about ancient geniuses?
Re: Article on ancient undeciphered objects
We humans have a tendency to assume that we are the smartest and most talented beings that have walked the Earth. I am not alluding to ETs or supernatural beings having been here. The human brain has certainly evolved, but there is not anthropological; evidence that there was ever a step-function growth in intelligence. In fact, recent discoveries indicate that even the Neanderthal race was quite intelligent. The modern brain appears to be quite old.
We are also sure that some very exquisite mechanical knowledge in navigation has been lost. Certainly, building arts and…

Trivia Today questions and answers - answers aren't always accurate.
Today's question on Trivia Today asked how many stomachs a cow has. A cow has only one stomach (which was my correct answer) but it is divided into four compartments. It does not have four stomachs which was the answer that was deemed correct. More care should be taken in this regard to make sure that the answer that is deemed correct is, in fact, correct. In this case it was not.
