Replace or Improve Desktop Gold
I just got off the phone with Tech Support, and they had to uninstall and then reinstall your HORRIBLE Desktop Gold platform once again since it would freeze up and stop working after I was using it after a few hours every single time. What a waste of my time, and it costs AOL lots of money having their tech support team deal with the endless problems with the platform that its users encounter.
Desktop Gold is hated by everyone, and is the worst platform that AOL has over had, yet you refuse to improve it, or better yet, replace… -
Hidden captions
Whoever the fool was that thought that hidden captions on stories was a good idea needs a brain change. Put them back on the side of the picture as in the past. There would be enough room for the caption and the stupid ad with a little bit of planning.

Why do you keep old mail on file that I have permanently deleted? As much as 4 or 5 days ago.
If want to delete a bunch of mail at one time: go to "EDIT","SELECT ALL". All mail will be highlighted to be deleted.

please remove the extra click to show the details or emails under BCC. It should show up automatically

Store emails on our PC rather than on AOl Desktop Gold.
AOL tech support reinstalled AOL desktop gold on my computer. All of the emails that I had saved under the folder "save on my PC" from August 2017 to present were not there. I have contacted tech multiple time since discovering this issue. Many were not able to understand the problem. The last person understood the problem and told me that the email files were not saved on my PC but rather on AOL Desktop Gold. Thank you for finally adding the download manager feature. The only objection I have to it is that it is not nearly as good at the one in the last AOL version. In that one, I had several Favorites saved in one place and could just click on one of them and bring it up. Please modify your software to allow the column width for the " Email address" to be at least 2 to 3 times wider. When I receive emails from
You need the column width to show all of "customer service @ agora financial." instead of just "customer service @ ". I have to move the top of the screen on each email to see who is sending me the email and cannot scan them and delete the trash.
