Old mail
If I'm finally able to open Old Mail and try to open one all I get is a blank gray box, the same thing I get when my bank sends me the weekly update. Norton has scanned my hard drive and nothing.

FIX the browser IMPORT saved password and bookmarks
When I was looking to see why a saved password didn't work, I found most were missing.
used Settings> Browser> passwords.
I started the IMPORT for saved passwords from my Chrome brower about 45 minutes ago, and it is STILL RUNNING !?!Canceling and Bringing up a new instance, I see NO added saved passwords!

password saving STILL not working properly
I've seen the Question "Save this password?" come up when adding a new URL login. So I know it CAN WORK - sometimes.
BUT -
I had changed my password for a site. The AOL browser tried to use the old one, and of course it failed. I entered the new password, but it was NOT SAVED, it continued to use the old one, I continued to enter the new one, to no avail - the old password was NOT replaced.
Went to SETTINGS.- BROWSER - PASSWORDS, the box is Still checked.
I DELETED the site's entry and stored password,…If the issue still persists please give us a call at 1-800-827-6364 and one of our technician will assist.

Passwords STILL not being saved
YES, I have "Save" set in Passwords via the Settings,
NO, Passwords are NOT being saved..I've mentioned this several times over several releases.
When the password had been changed and I'm told it is the
wrong password, entering a DIFFERENT one and it does NOT
swap out the old for new.
I deleted the FACEBOOK entry for that reason, hoping that it will
put them back with the new password.. NO, FACEBOOK and when I did enter it Neither ID or Password was saved...If the issue still persists please give us a call at 1-800-827-6364 and one of our technician will assist.

Fix problems
I wish the problems AOL has would be repaired , i cant get into my mail settings to change anything concerning my mail also when i am on AOL as soon as new emails come in it shows the number of emails i have waiting however i am not able to view the emails , i have to log out then log back in before the emails will be able to be viewed. I am paying alot for service that recently has gone down hill , maybe i should check and see if the free edition of AOL is available…

How many obstacles can you invent? My AOL GOLD Desktop has been taken from me. How do I get it back by Microsoft? user ***
Can you read what I just wrote??? Through Microsoft Recovery I have lost my AOL GOLD Desktop, though I had it long before the Recovery date I used. What Edge gives me for AOL is a mess, not easy to use, God knows who invented it.

I am unable to update my payment information,
There is not enough time to log off current name, log into alternate e-mail name to get 4-digit code, and log back in to enter it into the field, which. No other me do this. HELP

FEE FOR AOL IS TOO HIGH!!
I have been paying 31.99 for AOL for YEARS and the service has only gotten worse every year. It freezes up daily and for months I couldn't open my mail. I want this amount drastically reduced especially since I could be getting service for FREE!!!!! PLEASE reply to this email and give me a better deal so I won't have to quit using AOL!!!!

AOL Tech Help
Due to the AOL Tech help.....I have NO welcome screen. It is blank when I sign on. In order for me to get welcome screen....I must sign off & on 6 or 7 times to get it. Also, I have to use the keyword hundreds of times to get the welcome screen. I have to do both of these things in order to get welcome screen. AOL tech help does not help at all. Every single time I call AOL tech help.......I get cursed out because especially if I do not buy anything. AOL tech help also flashes a middle…

Mail I have read is staying in my New mail folder instead of just the IN or Old mail folders as it did until 2 days ago.
Mail I have read is staying in my "New"mail folder instead of moving to the "IN" or "Old" mail folders upon closing Mail on the AOL Desktop Gold -- this just started happening 8/17/2020. Was there an update that caused this?

There is a problem with the font and it must be repaired. It does not change including incoming emails. The computer is not allowing me to choose the font of my choice. This is NOT an idea, it is a problem with a complaint.
