my mail is not staying available for more than a day. I can't find emails that are over 24 hrs old
If I have mail that is over 24 hrs old, it just disappears in the new mail box and after 48 hrs is gone from my old mail box... this just started to happen in the last few days.

mail folders still missing
Mail folders still missing in 11.0.2878. I have to log on and off several times to get them to return. Sometimes its all of the folders, sometimes its just a partial list.

There is a problem with the font and it must be repaired. It does not change including incoming emails. The computer is not allowing me to choose the font of my choice. This is NOT an idea, it is a problem with a complaint.

Can't upload pictures.
If I upload pics from camera or phone then click "Show Them" all is fine but they never get put into a folder under My Pictures. Did a mandatory update and hasn't worked since then.

My email box is going hey wire....
When I read an email and then mark it unread it would stay in fine print, that way I knew that I had looked at it. Now when I open an email and mark it unread, it goes back to bold like I have never opened it, so now I have a box full of what looks like to me, emails that I have never looked at and it has screwed up my entire system. Emails that I had a handle on and now I can not tell what is what anymore and it looks to me like I need…

Mail I have read is staying in my New mail folder instead of just the IN or Old mail folders as it did until 2 days ago.
Mail I have read is staying in my "New"mail folder instead of moving to the "IN" or "Old" mail folders upon closing Mail on the AOL Desktop Gold -- this just started happening 8/17/2020. Was there an update that caused this?

AOL GOLD: "Ooops, Something Went Wrong" Anybody else get this a lot?
There is nothing wrong with my connection of computer. AOL Gold apparently has built-in glitches that need to be corrected or customers should be reimbursed.

Sent mail is not being saved in the "Mail You've Sent" Folder
I've sent emails over the last several days, Mail I've read, is in the "Incoming/Saved Mail" folder, but mail I send is NOT in the "Mail You've Sent" folder.
Additionally my Inbox shows 5 unread emails, "Inbox (5)" .. but there is NO UNREAD emails ?!? All show red checks
If I click on "NEW", NOTHING shows upIt is making the email handling - UNTRUSTABLE ..

Trouble with Desktop Gold AGAIN when logging in
We have 2 email addresses. We have to log in with user name and password every time. Clicking "save password" doesn't do a thing. The font is off also, and when I click on Mail Settings to change the font, nothing comes up.
