You are not addressing (with any substance) any feedback, complaints or issues that are addressed in this part of the AOL DESKTOP gold. I have contacted your representatives who have remote logged on and I have expressed the issues that I have. One of the representatives also went to the feedback section and entered the issues that she obviously could not fix. Fix the "Insert a Text File " for email..
When I use the "Insert a Text file" from the email drop-down,
ALL comes in without line-breaks and multiple blanks.
Basically all formatting is lost making the use of this function worthless. -

Search in mail folders not working right
When I enter a set of letters such as "abc" or "cde" in userid "abcdefg@xyz.com" or the "abc" in the subject "this Labcoat", That email WILL BE FOUND and highlighted..
BUT, when trying to find "Un" or "know" in "UnknownSendfer@UnknownDomain , These are NEVER Found
Nor will the seach for "know' in subject line with "do you know" on one of those "unknown..." sender emailsThe search acts as if the blind copy emails ( Unknownsender ) don't exist.

3/21/18: Why are you sending me the same confirmations 6-8 times??
I've received confirmations on 4 of my posts today. Each one was reads and deleted. However, afterwards I received about 5 more of each one. Either you are sending the same ones over and over, or else putting them in the trash and deleting them is not working. But emails from other people that I delete are not repeating. So it looks like AOL is sending each confirmation 6 of 8 times.

Address blue
Please eliminate the blue background of the email addresses in the TO box when sending a new mail. It is very difficult to see the email add.
Please leave it in white as the contrast is better and easier to see the content. -
Why has my email ended up on the Dark Web since being on AOL Gold??
Prevent email accounts from being posted on the Dark Web this has allowed hackers into my financial accounts.

Browser no good. Getting blank pages.
Browser no good. Getting blank pages. This is happening too often with random sites that I try to go to. Many times after trying to access a URL I get a blank white page and the site will not come up. At other times I get a blank black page for seconds, and then a white blank page before the site finally appears.
There is nothing wrong at my end. Do not tell me to clear my browser or call an AOL tech. I do not have this problem when I use the Internet Explorer browser.

Make a way to have our IP addresses NOT disclosed when sending mail through AOL
Meaning if we are on a server that is thankfully blocking OUR IP address when browsing, make a feature to encrypt our emails to protect our ip addresses from being disclosed as they are now.

For 23 years I've used the name Judith to post on forums. I am designated by AOL as @Judith1277, lives in Des Plaines IL, works at retired. Since the advent of Gold I have lost my blue star and leader designation except where it shows up in my profile under Activity (not on the forums, however) and there are three or four other people posting as Judith - nothing else, no number after Judith, nothing, and I've received emails from friends wondering why I've changed my stance on issues.
