Eliminate the redundant, second popup for changing screen names
Changing screen names keeps changing itself. The old way was much simpler, and actually worked. Now there is a second popup, showing the screen name to be changed to, that ALREADY WAS INPUT. Please eliminate this redundant popup, and go straight to the password input popup. Also, placing the cursor in the input box would be helpful, too. Thank you.

ADG matching Win 10 Theme
I was wondering if the top bar colour could match the current Win 10 colour them like other apps and software do within that OS environment.
Also I don't believe the background image changing option within the client shouldn't be listed under 'FILE' it doesn't make sense, 'Settings' would be a better option and location for that facility

Improvement of tabs on Mail new-old-sent: WASTE OF TIME

Here's a thought...Get rid of AOL GOLD. It's the worst EVER. Useless. An outrage that we have to pay for this garbage....Today, we can't even browse. The live support isn't working, and holding on for an AOL rep is over an hour wait.

I went on AOL today and this evening to check my emails and it would only open in the screen used for accessing through the internet.
Please return this to the previous screen for when all I had to do was click on the envelope that appears on the welcome screen. Otherwise it takes me eight times as long to go through my emails. Every Time AOL thinks they are making an improvement, it creates 5 or more additional steps to achieve the previous result.

AOL Gold just about worthless and yet you want over $310/yr. Merely launcing AOL Gold lowers protection level of Tech Fortress
AOL Gold lowers protection level and it does not automatically revert back to the recommended "Medium" level, leaving computer vulnerable. Time for AOL to recognize that AOL GOLD is a very poor product and go back to previous version or lose this customer who has been with AOL since the very beginning. Call the VIP Loyalty customer service and get a non American person who isn't even understandable and who offers all sorts of apologies but no solutions!

I have complained to your Tech Support and all I get is they are working on Emojies. Get the Chat Rooms working.. The Chat Room Listing brings up nothing.
