AOL Comment Screening Algorithm is rejecting critical comments relative to the subject of the AOL event reported - Suicide of a 17 Year Old
Your AOL comment screening algorithm is still screening for key words that are in the article AOL is reporting. When are you all going to fix that!!! The subject matter requires serious discussions and feedback. I'm assuming the algorithm picked out suicide in my comments!!! Because the subject of the article is suicide, any discussions might include that word!!! At worst, the algorithm should have made the comment subject to review!!! This is serious because, if you didn't know, there is a suicide epidemic in this country. You really need to fix this!!!

Blocking Spam Domains
We need the ability to block more than three Spam domains, after blocking the current offending spam domains, the old ones that were unblocked come back. Ten domains to block in Spam would be good.

I have been with AOL close to 30 years. The AOL Welcome screen is now too big of a file to load. It slows down my computer.

I have found the increase in advertisements has increased the loading time of the welcome screen. It seems AOL has packed every spare nook and cranny with advertisements. This has increased the AOL loading time.

Compact email database
Hello,
Please bring back the compact email database feature. The compact email database was available several years ago, but now it is gone. This feature allowed me to reduce the size of my email database and speed up my AOL.

Forwarding Email Saved on AOL or Moving AOL Saved Mail to Thumb Drive
We have been LOYAL, STEADFAST customers of AOL SINCE IT's BEGINNING. We have many other AOL features and we are --in general - VERY SATISFIED. HOWEVER We have one VERY CHALLENGING ISSUE that neith Andy or Mo, Tech Support could solve -- THEY TRIED and we appreciate that effort.

Ability to block more than three domains
The spam filter will block only three domains. I get a lot of spam from the same domain, but different locals. Please increase the number of domains that can be blocked.

AOL processes are not user-friendly and had regressed over the years!
I updated my billing information by adding a new card. AOL System however will not allow me to delete my old credit card which I was able to do in the past and I have been a user of over 25 years! Deleting the old credit card required calling AOL HELP and waiting for 20 minutes before getting the needed assistance and then I am subjected to the litany of question supposedly for account verification which is a facade. If I already provided the code, why do I have to be subjected to 5 more questions about my account!!.

I have used AOL for many, many years but I'm about to end that relationship. They have now begun to censor what emails I can open and what I cannot. That is NOT their right. Just because the emails are from a far right, conservative sender, it will not open and I have an error message. Enough of that nonsense! I pay a lot of money to use your services, but that does not include censoring my mail

See complete email address from sender
Bring back the ability to see the complete email address of a sender so that you don't have to open the email to see who it's from. Revealing the sender's entire email address by hovering the cursor over it is a VITAL security feature!

AOL Article Mute Function and Reporting Comment Violations
About a week ago I posted this same complaint and it was deleted. I'm unable to permanently mute lies and vulgar posts. I mute the user/post and about a minute later the post reappears. I then report obvious violations of Yahoo Community Guidelines and I've never seen the post rejected or censored. I'm a long time paying customer and request AOL fix this problem. Thank you.

AOL Calendar
I use a monthly calendar and the contrast for the current date/events makes it difficult ti find the current day quickly. Why not choose a color/technique which instantly brings the eye to the current date?
