a way to enlarge aol emojis on microsoft keyboard
Select and position emoji. Highlight it. Press ctrl key, shift key and + key.
Everything may enlarge with emoji, but just highlight text (sans emoji) and reduce it using the Aa button under the "subject" line. -

I do not like the added feature of (Views) in the new AOL. It is a real nuisance to me! Please consider deleting it from my account. -
Why Does an E-Mail Open When All I Want to Do Is Highlight It?
I had no trouble highlighting an e-mail title in my mailbox before the last month or two. Suddenly, now, as soon as I single-click on one, doing so not only opens the e-mail, it also opens to a full page. This is exceedingly annoying to say the least. What's going on, AOL?

I must be able to edit my birthdate since you system has the wrong birthdate.
My birthdate is wrong in your system. There has to be a way to edit my birthdate otherwise you are telling the state, hospital, FBI, Social Security, US Navy, US Army and VA are all a bunch of liars which you would be including my parents and the newspaper that reported my birthdate. Do not tell me you can not change it as I have been to computer programming school and I was taught that all information is not "set in concrete".

Changes in handling emails
I am very disappointed in the new way that new mail is handled. When I open mail it no longer gets a red check but immediately goes to old mail or disappears completely before I can even read it. I was told that this is due to recent updates of AOL Gold Desktop & can not be changed.

controlling updates!
Right now I get uncontrolled updates. I dont want any updates I dont approve of. How do I control updates? Please send an email response

"VIEW" MAIL FOLDER ADDED TO MY FOLDERS
It is an abominable overreach for AOL to unilaterally decide to install a VIEW folder in the mail folder section without giving subscribers (1) the option to install the VIEW folder or (2) the option to disable the VIEW folder. Also the we are unable to UNSCRIBE from any entries in the the VIEW folder's subscription section. Furthermore, many of the emails are mislabeled or miscategorized and therefore, placed in the incorrect VIEW subsection. I want this VIEW folder removed!

the new aol folders set up recently are useless to me. I don't want them. Please get rid of them.
don't need the view folders aol set up. I use my own personal folders. I keep everything in order on my personal files. Stop sending items to view folders. If I delete anything, the emails etc go away. I want the view folders deleted and the items in them to go back to my original personal folders.

Why is it all of a sudden taking so long for an email to delete?
Why is "delete" taking twice as long as it used to? I click to delete an email and there is a wait time now.
