BRING BACK MY PERSONAL FOLDERS
I tried the "Import Wizard" and it did not work. A warning should have been issued that one would lose their personal saved mail from 9.8 after going to gold. The program should be called fools gold. The damage done by AOL is irreparable. I hope you find a way for us to retrieve our personal valuable saved personal email..

Product Support answer
I received and an answer from Product Support on how to see if I have the latest version of AOL GOLD . He suggested I go to the Help button on the top right corner of the window & select "About AOL" on the drop down menu. And in the middle of the "About AOL Window", you'll see the version you have installed. However, there is NO "About AOL" when I tried to get there????

Everything Needs to be Fixed!
My idea is to go back to 9.8! I would say that one out of two emails I send, actually send twice...the person receiving gets two identical emails instead of one. And I'm on the receiving end of many duplicate emails. It's time consuming and tiresome!

keeps getting worse
Not only won't it open it's own pages, it won't open pages that I have saved in My Favorites. How can anyone launch something of this poor quality, and then ask people to pay for it??? And don't even try to open AOL Weather. I've closed this down only to find it still running a half a gig of memory with nothing running.......WTH??? I'm getting tired of having to shut everything down, REBOOT the whole computer and starting over....off to see if AOL Shield will work on anything.....

I can't send pictures in emails
When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

The cursor is still defaulting to the body of the email and not the To line.
When will this be fixed? Your earlier response was to clear the footprints. That did nothing to fix this problem.

Fix Logon
It took me 3 times to log onto AOL. Midis don't play on this browser.
They play in Internet Explorer. Please fix this. I have tried several different midi codes to no avail. For this and for other reasons I have been using Internet Explorer as my browser. Also, when I right click on properties on a graphic all I get is the name of the file. Internet Explorer shows a lot more info thn that. This is a horrible browser.

Photos and text from Word documents don't paste into email message.
Unlike AOL 9.8.2, photos/ graphics/ text from Word Documents don't paste into email message box.
Very frustrating in trying to communicate in a professional way.
AOL 9.8.2 allowed pasting of many photos and graphics, as well as large amounts of text---almost like a newsletter publishing software.

The address book can't be corrected and saved
The only way to correct the address book is to delete the name entirely and enter the corrected version and details as a new name. Correcting an address or details and SAVE, does not work when opening AOL the next time. Please fix this.

When I am replying to an email that has an image attached, I am unable to get the reply to "send" unless I delete the image.
This wasn't a problem in earlier aol versions.

Can you make AOL Gold any worse. When switching from one screen name to another it brings the old mail from the other screen name.
AOL Gold is transferring mail from one screen name to another. Can you make it any worse? Bring back AOL 9.5

when I receive a MAILER-DAEMON back it tell me who the e-mail went but not what the attachment was so I can e-mail it again.
when I receive a MAILER-DAEMON back it tells me who the e-mail went but not what the attachment was so I need to know that to be able to resend the attachment to that person. I may have e-mailed 3 attachment to the person who received the Mailer Daemon but all of them may of not had a Daemon come back.
