AOL Desktop Gold - Display Compatibility
AOL desktop gold is not displaying the email items and icon correctly on my computer. Whenever I hover over the email items it keeps on zooming and looks distorted. Icons are also missing when I hover over them. Tried to open this on safe mode and the distortion stopped happening but when I went back to normal mode this still keeps happening. I hope anybody can do something about this.

ADG latency
whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.

Sloppy Service
I'm certain this will be ignored, but lately AOL has become one major pain in the butt, First there is the delay is getting on after log one. Then, and the worst, is having to wait 30 seconds (& that is not a guess-that was timed.) Then, if lucky or patient enough for get on AOL, there is that "OOPS" page that comes from out of the blue. I've done 30 yrs with AOL , but that will come to an end. NOW, ISN'T THAT A GREAT IDEA!!!!!

Get these horrible icons off my emails!!!!!! How do I remove them? You do not need to make reading emails harder. Find something else to do. How do I remove them asap?

settings dont save after sign off. logging back in erases back to default
settings and favorites added to toolbar erase after sign off. nothing saves unless you stay online and open, The moment you sign off or close it all goes to default. waste of time adding favs to bar and changing settings if they are going to disappear once you sign off. might fix the coding that shows on top corner of software too with a shield. it has a small shield with alot of bad coding showing. hover over it and it disappears and comes back once you move cursor.

I am SICK of this!
I am SO SICK of having to reset my settings EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLAY GLOBESPOTTER! It never works the first or even the third time because I just don't know which white circle to click on. I know what I want to play and it's not up to AOL to make it so blastedly hard for me to do it!

HOW TO STORE MY PASSWORD
For 31 yrs of my AOL service I've been able to Store Passwords by typing that phrase into a box using Control K, then following the very simple process offered by AOL.
Today I get no process for storing my password. Worse yet, I can't find any free "HELP" function available to me -- even though I pay $40/mo to AOL. That really sucks, unless someone reading this cares to help me store my password.

Why do I keep getting a pop up message from you every time I log in appearing in the lower right section of my screen telling me that Tech Fortress is not hooked up? I unsubscribed to Tech Fortress over three months ago. Please stop this from every time I sign in. Thanks.

Multi McAfee Renew Messages
Tired of getting renewal messages for my benefit subscription for McAfee. Tried to reinstall McAfee on my phones and was told an email was sent to continue the process, but non ever arrives.AOL needs to clean up its act. Last time I had the VIP help line "fix" the problem of renewal - guess what it is happening again.

PLEASE
AOL GOLD only keeps emails for 2 weeks. It would be great to have emails for at least 6 mos. Google has them forever. My son says this is why "no one has AOL anymore." I have had AOL for more than 30 years, and I have been happy with it, but I am not happy being able to retrieve emails than are more than 2 weeks old. PLEASE improve this!
