  1. I have the following problem with my account for no reason.

    I keep getting asked (actually almost ordered) to add my mobil phone.number to my account. What if I don't have one? Some people don't, you know. I am 88 and don't plan to buy a smart phone..

  2. user names

    Don't like the idea that you are unable to add or delete users from the main account anymore.

    For some reason one of my user names disappeared when contacting help. I was advised that the master account would be no longer available to add/delete/modify user names under the master account, and the user that I can see under the master account was deleted. They were not able to even give me a reason why it was deleted and couldn't even help me put the user name back under the master account after aol deleted for no reason.

    I pay $28.00…

  6. $40 a month to have Ad Free Desktop Gold is a Joke

    We have been paying our Aol subscription for 30 years and just feel that it is ridiculous that we have to upgrade from $10 a month to nearly $40 dollars a month just to remove ads from AOL gold desktop. Every other competitor is free to use and does not have ads as well. We will be canceling our subscription of 30 years because of this.

  7. unable to post on articles conversations, the thought police are going to far when opposing views are expressed .who is policing the comment

    I am currently unable to post comment on articles unless I have a liberal point of view, who is policing the comment police? I would like to hear from aol on my particular situation but calling and talking to aol they cannot help me at all or wont...
    nothing I commented was inappropriate btw... so lets just skip that idea

  8. Please upgrade your Billing System to allow Members to pay manually.

    Please upgrade your Billing System to allow Members to pay manually without using your Auto Pay system, I find it very inconvenient that I have to call in every month (my paydays do fall near my billing date) to make a payment over the phone, plus; there's no option to post a different amount other than what is owed.

    I have been a subscriber to your service and for the past several years even paying for the service. I don't wish to go through the hassle of moving however I am now considering doing so. Why, because every time I sign on, I have to discard one or more "additional" services you want to offer me. You need to provide an "opt out" button for those who pay for your service, otherwise I have to consider going with one of the more popular "free" services. Thank you..

    I was locked out of AOL until I agreed to pay $7 for who knows what. I have no clue what excuse was made to pad up my monthly bill and I have no clue what I'm paying now. I have opened a case.

  15. I've been paying $25.00 a month to AOL since 1991. They don't care.

    AOL is the only company that does not allow you to contact them. If you have an issue or complain, you can express it to a live chat robot who tells you they are sorry but they can't help you. AOL sucks and why I even continue to pay them I am not sure. I'm tired of supporting Google and their gay and democrat agenda, and I'm tired of seeing their ******* gay ads.

    I don't want your product so quit charging me for it. Who tf uses aol any way??? what is this 1999 ha! Your products are *, your customer service is *.
    I already got refunded a lot of money from my bank on an old debit card because I filed a complaint on you charging me for a product I do not want....good luck getting my new card information you bunch of thieves! Lol

  17. Access Denied on PCH.com

    I was getting the "Bad Request" message that someone else reported on PCH.Com's games and now I'm seeing "Access Denied" for games and that the server will not access the game. What is going on with this? I've been with AOL for years & years and would appreciate a resolution to this problem.

  18. Why in **** am I paying for a...

    Why am I paying over 20 dollars a month to be aggravated by AOL. I have just had a long message disappear before I completed it and am almost homicidal over the loss. Tell me why I am now paying about 21.99 a month for this ****** service? ALSO....I really dislike the hollywood news that I have no interest in and am upset about the left leanings of AOL. It has been a very long relationship and it is soon to end.

    Hello. I've been with AOL SINCE 2003. Yes, over -17 years- now. Why do I put up with all the service issues, advertisements, SPAM, lost benefits, and wasted time and money?? Because AOL holds all my folders ******* that I've created since 2003 that contain many emails I want and need to save.

  20. Use an alternative method of verification besides a text message.

    For account verification you use texting. There are still people who use landlines. I had to call someone I know who has a cellphone, have the verification number sent to them, and have them call me so I could verify. Ridiculous.
