Fix the language
It is bad enough that social media users are destroying our beautiful language, but for far too long we have had to listen this provider tell us "You've got mail." First of all, "You have mail." is proper, and doesn't need the "got which is so very overused today.

friends sent to spam
There is a problem in the SPAM procedure. Everyone I know who has AOL periodically finds their friends sent to SPAM. We spend days fishing them out and marking them This is Not SPAM, and then they finally go back to normal and another person gets marked SPAM. I have one friend who doesn't get the point that this is systemic, not individual, and she just spent 4 hours on the phone with a tech trying to get my emails to go back into New instead of SPAM.

Making Aol more useful on apple devices
Few ideas 1- need a fully functional AOL for MAC, 2- on ipads and iphones need a way to access your favorites. Very long time user. Now that we are paying, think the above is not unreasonable to ask for. Thanks

Attachments
Eliminate having to save every attachment before printing. This is a pain and a waste of time. Gmail and other accounts don't have this step

Desktop shortcuts
GEEZ LOUISE! Yet ANOTHER unrequested, unwanted, shortcut placed on my desktop today. If I left all of the shortcuts your worse-than-garbage program put on my computer, I wouldn't have room for the shortcuts I WANT on my desktop. One link to your garbage program on my desktop is enough.
Your GOLD program is SO VERY INFERIOR to the previous version, that I have given up and my 25 year membership with AOL ends this week.

Headline writers don't know anything
Whoever wrote the subhead for the home page headline on British royal residences got it bass-ackwards. The royal castles are not "like something out of Disney movies." On the contrary, the castles in Disney movies are made to resemble British royal castles and palaces, as well as on some of the most elaborate French chateaux.

Aol looks so old
I have not had an aol desktop plan for years. I just signed up for the gold plan and am shocked to see that they still have the same old interface they did 20 years ago. Can't they hire someone to give a more updated and new look to this. I feel like I am back in the dark ages. Come on folks, we are almost in the year 2020 get with it and make some changes before we all leave for something new and innovative.

In the Brain Charm piece about building a wall, there are parts printed in green. I don't know about anyone else, but the green print is damned hard to read.I don't know what some people are thinking. I couldn't read the material, so I quit reading.
