I was a loyal UK commentator during the early days. I now find my AOL Gold is inaccessible and I have lost my Address Book. I am happy to pay but this is blocked. Please make AOL Gold accessible to the UK. Alternatively, return the earlier version of Address Book - which is used on Gold

ADG Icon in Toolbar
Need to change size of toolbar icons. My old Dell 17 inch shows smaller toolbar icons (23 that I added across the screen) whereas my new 17 inch dell xps only has 18 icons that I added across the toolbar.
WHY? How to reduce toolbar icon size? (Note - we know how to reduce taskbar icon size, but NOT toolbar icon size. -
AOL on desktop computer
I want aol mail on my computer. How can I do that? I've always gotten it there in the past. Now there seems to be a problem with it. I don't understand because that has always been my go to mail source! I enjoy seeing it on a big screen and typing on a real keyboard. By the way I have been an AOL customer for as long as I can remember and pay for it monthly--not the free version! Help me!

What happened to the videos on the welcome pages? The videos are missing from the news stories. I am having this problem with all of my devices.

I got a pop-up upon signing onto AOL Gold. It said something about my account needing to be updated. When I go to Help and click on My Account, nothing opens. How do I check my account and billing information?

Grammar
I've noticed here and in other places over the months that no one seems to have any recollection of the verb "take, took, taken." The only one they use is the verb "bring." Simply put, if the object is coming to where the speaker is/will be, the verb "bring" is used. If the object is going away from where the speaker is, "take" is used.

Import the v9.8.2 PFC organize folder into AOL Gold
Please provide an option to import the v9.8.2 Personal Filing Cabinet organize folder into AOL Gold. Many of us have old email pertaining to the v9.8.2 PFC organize folder that is on a flash drive. There are many of us who need to read our old v9.8.2 email.

Major Outage 6 Nov 2018
No one could sign on to AOL for many hours on 6 Nov 2018. Various outside sites reported that it was in vast areas of the U.S. and later people from around the world were saying the same ting. This isn't the first such outage and we need to know what happened and if these major break downs will persist!

My portfolio
As of today, 9-18-18, I am unable to access my stock portfolio on AOL again on my laptop and my iPad. This happened several months ago, and AOL techs fixed it. It’s happening again. I get the page where it states “sign in or sign up” and “view your portfolios,” but when you click on either one of those statements nothing happens. Is anyone else having that problem? I called tech support, and after being on the phone with them for more than 30 minutes, they were unable to fix this proble,.
