Miss the "Launch System Info" under the help menu. Clear cache and rebuild adapter were great tools!

I hate GOLD!
I am unable to organize my saved mail folders by the date I have given the folder! Needs to be MUCH more flexible. I would like to be able to save and organize my mail the way I wish. No boundaries.

AOL feedback needs appeal method
I submitted feedback 2 weeks ago requesting that AOL restore an essential feature to Gold, and over 160 others "agreed" with my post. Two days ago I received AOL's notice they had NO intention of restoring the feature that I and so many others desperately want back. I am now reading brand new feedback posted from AOL Gold users asking to have the very same feature I pleaded for restored to Gold. Hope someone is listening!
If you insist on using 20 - 30% of the incoming mail on advertising, why not at least put the Reply, Forward, Reply all, Add Addressed, Report Spam and Print above the Reminder so we can utilize the entire horizontal screen to read our mail instead of having to scroll left and right to read our mail? This is the most annoying fact AOL GOLD has forced it's subscribers to endure.
With all the complaints about the AOL ISP, along with my complaints, I cannot help but picture a group of immature grade school incompetents writing code for the AOL… -
Put the option to opt out of interest based advertising back
AOL changed the opt out of interest based advertising. It used to be easy , now it's so complicated and doesn't actually let you have the option anymore. You used to be able to get it down to only a few, but now, with that option removed. You are subject to an average of 135 different companies tracking and targeting you.AOL doesn't care bout the customer, they are only about advertising, if we pay for AOL service, they only profit more. AOL, no longer stands for "America On Line" It's "Advertising On LIne"

You're supposed to IMPROVE AOL when you charge customers to use it!
When I'm filling in the subject line when writing an email, it only allows me to type in two letters then it automatically moves down to the body of the email and continues typing the subject line there! The old AOL wasn't nearly as bad as this GOLD version.

to think that this forum , tech support , report a bug ,or anything else related to AOL is going to do anything for the long time loyal subscribers with all the ongoing , numerous GOLD problems - they are showing a disrespectful , do nothing approach to the problems they have willfully created for their users - been months now + nothing positive has been done -

I have sent in many suggestions, all of which have been ignored lol, so here's some more!
1~ Easier way to sign on
2~ bring back buddy list, so you can see who's online
3~ Make news stories all on 1 page not 17
4 ~ Let us arrance & save our Favs as we did with older AOL's
5 ~ Return ability to use whatever fonts and backgrounds of our choice
and emoji's
6~ Make sending & receiving emails easier, no duplicates!
7~ Return some form of IM's to users Not everyone has social
media!!
8~ Bring back "PRINT"… -
Restore original AOL features and Upgrade Values of News Content
There are many issues that need to be addressed in AOL Gold and I have reached out many times to customer service. It takes 15 minutes for the program to let me sign in... My major complaint is the content in which AOL is reporting in the news feed. It is one step away from The Nat'l Enquirer. Celebrities who crave publicity and crooks who prey on children seem to spotlight the headlines. I won't bother mentioning politics since we all are aware of the bias...AOL used to give choices as to what news we need on a daily basis.…

cant delete down load history
When i hit edit in 9.8 and earlier, i could select several box's including download history, now that box wont work, I want those visited sites gone when i am done,, and in craigslist, each city and topic highlights when visited so i know is saw it once, now that i cant clear the visited sites, these stay highlighted, making the daily visit terrible as i look at a hundred sites and items and cant keep track

OMG! This is the last straw!
OMG! On the old emails I saved because I needed the pictures in them, none of them have pictures anymore. Just broken images. I saved these because they were important. Where are my pictures?? Can you get them back? Please reply. I need those pictures back. AOL has completely ruined my online experience!
