  1. The address file in AOL GOLD sucks. Cannot make adjustments, or deletes.

    The address book in AOL Gold sucks. You cannot make adjustments from 'all contacts' to' groups'. You cannot delete an Email address. Please advise when this is corrected..............

  2. I can't send pictures in emails

    When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

  3. The address book can't be corrected and saved

    The only way to correct the address book is to delete the name entirely and enter the corrected version and details as a new name. Correcting an address or details and SAVE, does not work when opening AOL the next time. Please fix this.

  4. Make email work, more than about half the time.

    Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.

  5. You could install a different or updated browser!!!

    AOL Gold will not allow me to download any forms from my Military Retired Pay site (Defense Finance and Accounting Agency). When I use Microsoft Edge or I/E 11 I have no problem. IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A BROWSER IN AOL THAT WOULD DO EVERYTHING, like you had before in 9.8.2

  8. AOL Desktop Gold is HORRIBLE

    Please get rid of AOL Desktop Gold. It is horrible for Email. I have nothing but daily problems now with my email. I have been a paying customer of AOL for 25 years now. I have never had email problems until you started AOL GOLD. Now, its almost a daily issue. Today, all of my unread emails and emails that I have saved as unread are GONE....can't get to them no what how hard I try. The most current emails that show up in my inbox are from July.   10. Videos in your news stories do not play !

    When I try to see your news stories, 3 out of 4 times, I get a blank, black (or white) screen with no video, no text from the story and only hear the audio from the video. After r-loading page 3 or 4 times....sometimes it all shows up and plays OK. Not good.

  12. AOL GOLD address book is still not working. If you add a name from 'all contacts' it goes in but does not stay in.

    AOL GOLD address book is still not working after all this time. I have reported this many times. One Example: If you try and transfer a name from 'All Contacts' to a folder below, it goes in but after AOL GOLD is closed it does not stay in. The address book is a complete shambles. Very poor planning on the upgrade.

  14. AOL is best at taking your money, while ignoring avalanche of program complaints

    AOL does nothing to fix and correct obvious years long, ongoing problems and bugs in the AOL Gold program, apparently ignoring their PAYING Customers. Terrible way to do business, meanwhile AOLs global poor reputation is overflowing.

    To wit: When I drag the Red dot link into an email or elsewhere, cursor just sits there blinking and does nothing. Other times it will completely lock-up the AOL Gold program requiring C+ATL+Delete to restart, causing loss of everything currently open. What's the problem? Also, AOL Gold no longer allows closing a window by selecting X in the upper right corner without window…

  15. ADG latency

    whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.

  16. Not receiving Specific Email

    As of 3/29/2019 I abruptly stopped receiving emails from the address of alert@indeed.com. I have called them and they in fact are sending me daily emails (4+) a day and I am not receiving anything. I have never gone in to change any settings on my aol as I don't even know how to change that! Why did this happen?!

  17. I don't like AOL Gold making my hard drive run 100% of the time I'm using AOL. Please stop that!

    I have 3 different computers, and on all of them whenever I'm using AOL Gold my hard drive runs 100% of the time. The hard drives running 100% of the time when using AOL Gold needs to stop!!!

  18. The comment section is broken

    The comment section is still broken. Refreshing the page does not fix it. Hitting f5 does not fix it. I've cleared my footprints, nothing changed. I'm tired of having to comment as a guest because that's the default.. How many more times must I complain about AOL Gold?

  20. POOR PERFORMANCE

    I HATE/ABHOR AOL DESKTOP GOLD. I have never seen such a total failure of a site that was previously working well for many. For this we are paying money??? Performance is horrible and, it is NOT my computer as I've had it checked out by experts who, BTW, echo sentiments about AOL. As soon as I can find a way to transfer all my favorites, saved data, emails, contacts, etc., this 30yr customer is HISTORY. Booo Hisss AOL...shame on you.
