why can't I get the AOL GOLD that was downloaded yesterday.
Victor at AOL fixed my AOL Gold and now it wont't open. I pay for AOL.

welcome screen
All news articles are now the welcome screen......I have to actually use the keyword for the welcome screen after every single article. I do this thirty times an hour. Also, I still get bells & *****' upon signing onto AOL. Nothing will be fixed & AOL will ignore me again.

Mail and mailbox slow to load
Last update has broken the mailbox. Messages in folders are extremely laggy - slow to load, load out of order and then reload, deleting messages is slow - everything was working great and now it's a mess.
The spam folder has had an issue for awhile. Clicking on "this is not spam" causes the message to disappear completely. It does not get transferred to the inbox.

**** whats wrong with email now??? first graphics and pictures don't show and now email isn't even opening!!! Think it's time to look around for new options to do emails!!!! I guess after 20 yrs of being with AOL its a shame that you dont take care of your members better than you do!!! Really hate this GOLD program!!

Sending email with small attachments takes far too long
Fix AOL Gold email. Sending email with small attachments with as few as two photos takes far too long. Sometimes a message appears that an error occurred and to try re sending in 5 minutes. Same issue if you try to place the email in "send later". I am a paying customer and this is the type of product we are paying for?

Favorite Places keep ending up in other folders!
My carefully arranged favorite places keep jumping into other folders. Sometimes 10 or more a day! I then have to search for where they ended up and drag them back to the correct folder.
After 20 years I am finally thinking of using other services.

Why Did I Have to Change My Password THREE Times in ONE Week??
AOL Gold has INSISTED that 1) I reenter my password in the middle of a session totally disrupting what I was doing or 2) I get a "secret code" to enter THEN change my password just to log in. I'm running out of passwords and feel I'm being either taken advantage of or AOL has been hacked and I'm suffering because of it! Or is this punishment for posting here??? STOP IT!

Deleted e-mail not going to RECENTLY DELETED. AOL said to look in TRASH folder. Can't find TRASH folder!
Fix AOL MAIL. The old way worked much better!

it takes a longer than usual time for emails with an attachment to be sent
Graphics pasted into the write mail are no longer are visible when the email is sent. All you get are empty boxes. This is not good.

AOL Desktop not detecting Flash player correctly.
My default browser is Firefox and it is using the most recent version of the Flashplayer plugin. I have to use Firefox because Chrome, and Edge are not HIPPA compliant.

I can't send pictures in emails
When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

The address book can't be corrected and saved
The only way to correct the address book is to delete the name entirely and enter the corrected version and details as a new name. Correcting an address or details and SAVE, does not work when opening AOL the next time. Please fix this.

Make email work, more than about half the time.
Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.
