  1. Deleting emails. next isnt highlighted

    After deleting 1 email in aol mail, the next email is not highlighted and I have to manually highlight it, in order to open it or delete it. This is a real problem because I get ALOT of junk mail and this will take forever to delete them.

  2. Cannot Access Google search engine or any keywords using AOL Desktop Gold

    Cannot Access Google search engine or any keywords using AOL Desktop Gold. We have tried to reach the AOL support team but we don`t have direct fix at this moment. We have tried t clear the browser footprints, rename DB File, Re-installed ADG and restarted the computer btu same issue occurs.

  4. PFC Import of old emails shows the date of 1/1/0001

    When I import a PFC with older emails, the ones older than the year 2000 or so all come in with a date of 1/1/0001. I called about this years ago and it still does the same thing. Please can this be fixed so I can get my emails back correctly????

  6. Unable to navigate in Yahoo Finance website.

    I can no longer navigate (go pages into) in Yahoo Finance beyond its main page. I have it in my favorites and even tried search but website Yahoo Finance stuck on main page. This started on 12/4/24. Other websites work just fine. Yahoo Finance works just fine if I go outside of AOL to use google chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. AOL tech support is useless. They say its not their problem that Yahoo decides AOL not compatible with them. I told tech person that AOL management should contact Yahoo to resolve their differences. He said "sure". I am being…

  7. ADG problem to finance.yahoo.com

    I can't access my Yahoo Portfolio with ADG, when I tried to access the site the screen just freezes. I used ADG to access it for many years with success but now I can't If I go to finance.yahoo.com with other browsers I can get into my account. I called AOL and the advised me that my ADG is not compatible to Yahoo and it needs an update. Looking forward to an immediate update to resolve this issue.

  10. Screenname not automatically loading in conversation threads.Must manually fill it in.

    Just in the last few hours my screen name is no longer automatically loading into conversations,instead I must manually type it each time to post.I have tried this both on Gold and through the internet with same results.This happened in the past and it required a fix by AOL.Would appreciate this being dealt with.Thanks.

    "YOU'VE GOT MAIL" still not fixed, WHY?. Can not believe AOL can not fix this problem. You posted the 'YOU'VE GOT MAIL" was fixed BUT may no work all the time, I am paying to have good service but it looks like AOL doesn't care about their PAIED costumers anymore. In the future PLEASE don't say an issue is fixed but MAY NOT WORK ALL the time, STOP the double talk and FIX THE **** THING.

  16. youve got mail sound no longer plays when i login and i no longer hear the new mail sound if i get new mail while the program is open

    "you've got mail" no longer plays when i log in, just "welcome." I no longer hear the "new mail" notification either when new mail comes in throughout the day... please address this ASAP - Thank you :)

    Thank you for this feedback. We have found and resolved the issue where sometimes mail sounds were not being played. The update has started rolling out and you should receive it very soon.

  17. Aol Desktop Gold Highlight Feature

    do not want the highlight feature that you recently removed from the update of aol desktop gold , it works fine having that feature . you've taken an automatic feature from a one step and made it to a two step process which is not user-friendly , Please bring it back as soon as possible .

  18. Every time select an email to delete in any folders, is needed to reselect it again to delete.

    This happen 3 0r 4 days ago, before I can delete an email by selecting the email I want to delete and the email at the top or bottom of it will be automatically selected so I can delete it again. And now what happened once I hit delete and I need to reselect an email again. And the recently deleted folders it don't want me to permanently delete and there is an error message comes up.   19. desktop gold software only highlights the line you click on then disappears does not go to the next message.

    desktop gold software is not highlighting next line in new mail. only highlights the line you click on then disappears. So when trying to delete messages you have to keep clicking the next message to have the highlight reappear. Please fix this
